Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Gastgeberin begrüßt, hat uns in der Wohnung alles erklärt. Des Weiteren war sie immer für Fragen zu der Umgebung erreichbar und war auch diesbezüglich sehr hilfsbereit. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Sizilien fliege möchte ich gerne wieder in diese traumhaft schönen Wohnung buchen.

Rossella ist eine sehr freundliche, unkomplizierte und flexible Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns in ihrer Unterkunft sehr wohlt gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist klein, bietet aber für zwei Personen alles was benötigt wird. Die Dachschrägen verleihen der Wohnung einen tollen Charme. Atemberaubend und super schön ist die grosse, sonnige Terrasse. Das Meer ist, trotz zweiter Strassenreihe, aufgrund der Höhe der Terrasse (3.OG), fast zum Greifen nah. In Gehdistanz befinden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie der schöne Ortskern von Marina di Ragusa mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Gelaterias. Die Wohnung im dritten Stock ist nur über Treppen (die letzte etwas eng und steil) erreichbar. Man sollte gut zu Fuss sein - dann ist das kein Problem. Vielen Dank Rossella, dass wir in eurer tollen Wohnung unsere Ferien verbringen durften!

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly set up for guests - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The highlight is definitely the balcony, from there you have a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa all within easy reach (1 to 1.5h drive, a car is a must!). The host was incredibly friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and communication was very easy. If you want to visit the south and/or east of Sicily, this is definitely a top place to stay!

The apartment is in a great location. The view over Ragusa Ibla from the deck is fabulous! We happened to be there for a festival and enjoyed the fireworks from there. The apartment is modern, simply furnished with comfortable beds, and good towels. For four to gather, we had the kitchen table or the deck. Alex from the apartment team did a very good job of communicating about the location and assisted with parking. They met us and helped us get settled in. The apartment was stocked with coffee, water, and other provisions. A little market is nearby. We really enjoyed nearby Al Gradino 284 Coffee and Wine Bar where we had drinks and snacks on the steps sitting on the provided cushions and overlooking beautiful Ragusa Ibla. All in all the apartment is great.

We stayed at Rosario’s place for two nights with our two year old daughter and wished we had booked a few more nights. We enjoyed the beach in walking distance, strolling around town and the beautiful sunsets viewed from the spacious balcony.

Our second stay in this beautifully decorated Airbnb in the heart of Caltagirone! The modern kitchen, loft and sitting room were only eclipsed by the master bedroom room with an amazing 100’s of year old fresco on the ceiling! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the stunning Scala di Santa Maria del Monte and numerous ceramic shops in and around the Center. The apartment was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Enza, the host is wonderful, super friendly and responsive, providing us with great local tips and recommendations. We loved exploring the charming streets of Caltagirone and experiencing the local culture. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting this beautiful town!

I stayed for a month remote working and had a lovely time. Vittorio and his sister Barbara were so kind and helpful. Apartment well equipped and wifi super fast. There are good amenities close-by such as a bar, fishmonger and butchers. You are near the bus train station where you can easily travel to places like Modica, Ragusa and Catania (it is possible to travel around without a car). My personal highlight was the roof terrace. Coming from a cold climate, Sicily in November was warm and I spend lots of time up there eating breakfast, lunch etc.

The apartment is huge and in a great central location. We walked everywhere. It's surrounded by fab bars and restaurants. The view from the small balconies is beautiful and we loved seeing the sea through the sitting room windows when we came in the front door. As someone else mentioned, there has obviously been a water leak at some point which could do with sorting and a couple of other areas could do with some tlc. Overall, we loved the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à San Lorenzo. L’emplacement en bord de mer est vraiment agréable, avec un accès direct à la plage. Nous étions en rez-de-chaussée, ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse, idéale pour les repas et les moments de détente. Le logement est conforme à l’annonce, propre et bien équipé pour un court ou long séjour. L’environnement est calme, parfait pour se reposer, et la communication avec l’hôte s’est bien déroulée. À noter : il faut prévoir un bon anti-moustiques, surtout le soir. Quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés pour plus de confort, mais globalement, c’est une très bonne adresse pour profiter de la mer et du calme.

A lovely apartment with good facilities and furnishings, wonderfully easy use of a private beach and not too far away to drive to the restaurants and sights of Syracuse.

Thank you so much for such a warm and welcoming stay! From the moment we arrived, Guiseppe made us feel completely at home - meeting us in person and even helping with parking on a busy road was so kind and above and beyond. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches, from the treats left for us to the fresh fruit, it was a real taste of Sicilian hospitality! Guiseppe was always available and made everything feel easy and relaxed. The terrace was absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the peaceful surroundings made it a perfect place to unwind. We also loved how close it was to the centre of Noto, just a short walk to great restaurants and the charming old town. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would wholeheartedly recommend staying here to anyone.

Le logement proposé par Antonio est vraiment conforme à la description de l'annonce. Nous étions 5 et nous avions suffisamment d'espace pour chacun. Les chambres sont grandes et équipées de persiennes réglables qui permettent de bénéficier de la fraîcheur nocturne tout en préservant une intimité. Entre les terrasses et la salle à manger, vous avez de quoi choisir afin de vous installer pour les repas. Le logement est vraiment très bien équipé. Notre arrivée s'est parfaitement déroulée grâce à la disponibilité d'Antonio qui répond à vos questions dans un délai très court. Son accueil est très chaleureux et ses explications sur place, limpides. Au cours de notre semaine, Antonio et sa famille ont été très discrets mais nous savions, car il nous l'avait proposé, que nous pouvions faire appel à lui en cas de problème dans le logement ou pour toute autre question d'organisation de notre séjour. Nous remercions vivement Antonio et nous le recommandons sans réserve.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft im Herzen von Ortigia. Obwohl der Markt direkt vor der Haustüre liegt, ist es in der Wohnung angenehm ruhig. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer, was bei 30 Grad Gold wert war und 2 Bäder. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgerüstet, was man braucht. Um die Ecke sind viele tolle Restaurents und Bars. Für uns einfach perfekt!

Our recent stay was exceptional, co-host Giorgio was proactive,communicative. The apt is a gem, a stunning location overlooking the marina. The views at sunset were breathtaking .The location was in walking distance to the beach & the piazzas. Inside, we were struck by its cleanliness & spaciousness. The apt was impeccably maintained,having a washer was a huge plus too! The reviews we had read prior to our stay were spot-on, & Giorgio even advised us on the quietest bedroom due to the summer holiday & occasional scooter noise at night. This thoughtful gesture ensured a peaceful sleep for everyone. The apartment's secure entrance, with a gate, provided an extra layer of safety & peace of mind, making us feel comfortable & relaxed throughout our stay. Overall, our experience was truly fantastic. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation. We will be booking it again for our next visit.

Lieu formidable. Les propriétaires ont transformé cette ancienne ferme en un coin de paradis ! Logement très bien équipé, lit confortable, jardin et piscine merveilleux, très calme. Situation idéale pour rayonner dans la Sicile baroque !

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Le gîte est à 15min en voiture de Syracuse. Nous avons apprécié les recommandations de Roberto et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi à tout moment de la journée.

Tiziana was a great host. The apartment was beautiful, well appointed, and had comfortable furnishings. The apartment is very close to all the local attractions and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit. We would highly recommend the unit.

Marta was a wonderful host - extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious, clean aapartment. Beautiful views of the sea and we loved the balcony. It was situated right next to the lively and fun market with lots of good restaurant choices. Everything was walkable on this gorgeous island of Ortygia. We would stay here again!

Merci à Angelo et à sa famille pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. Ma famille et moi avons passé un très beau séjour. Ils nous ont offert les piments et mandarines récoltés. Nous avons même pu acheter de l'huile d'olive locale toute fraîche. La villa est très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur l'Etna.

Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr gut eingerichtet. Der Vermieter war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zentrum ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt in alle Richtungen. Die Bushaltestelle/der Busbahnhof befindet sich unmittelbar an dem Haus und von der Terrasse aus zu hören. Grundsätzlich hat Sizilien ein massives Problem mit Müllentsorgung, was in manchen Vierteln leider deutlich zu sehen ist.
