The house is spotlessly clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, with a lovely outdoor area perfect for relaxing after a day in Venice. Inside, everything is thoughtfully arranged — you’ll find everything you need and even more! The location is perfect for exploring Venice: close to public transport, yet peaceful and quiet. Antonella’s place was so beautifully set up - the breakfast was delightful & presented so lovely as well ! Antonella was extremely responsive & more than happy for us to leave our bags whilst we explored after check out - would definetly stay again !

We had a truly wonderful stay at your beautiful home. The location was perfect — just a short walk from the railway station and close to all the essential places we needed. Beyond the convenience, what truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of Enzo and Mariangela. They were incredibly warm, helpful, and welcoming — perhaps the best Airbnb hosts we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like part of their family. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures: spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. Enzo and Mariangela absolutely deserve the title of Superhosts. If anyone deserves more than 5 stars, it’s definitely them. We had such a memorable experience with you, and we’d love to return as your guests again someday. It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

We had a great time at Anna's place. We arrived late the first day and she waited for us and was very welcoming, thank you very much. Anna is responsive, discreet and warm. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the accommodation by a door and the bathroom is private. Breakfast in the morning is a real plus that we really enjoyed. The accommodation is very well located, 10 minutes' walk from the vaporetto, 3 minutes' walk from the beach. This was a great stay. We will come back without hesitation. Thank you very much!

Beautiful apartment, very well located, clean and equipped with all utilities. I really liked the style of the apartment (big enough for my family of 4 including 2 teenagers), the opening to the water that allowed me to enjoy coffee every morning with a unique landscape. We had a second coffee (while the teenagers rested a little more) at Majer (Garibaldi Street, 5 min walk), which Nicholas recommended. So we could bring great things to the children for breakfast. We could then begin our journeys in Venice. Nicholas was very responsive to every question (and I had a lot of them😃). He gave us great advice. I also really enjoyed Nicholas' music, which rocked all the moments spent in the apartment. Everything is close (shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions). Finally, we had a great stay in a great atmosphere. Would definitely stay again . Thank you Nicholas!

Valentina's place was perfect for 2 people. She met us at the apartment and showed us around. She left us coffee, milk, cereal, wine and water. There was a local supermarket and Valentina showed up several locations on the map for shopping, restaurants, local places for drinks and the ease to the nearby vaparetto stops. It even had air conditioning, which we only used at night as white noise to help us sleep! The neighborhood and location couldn't be better for visiting Venice. The Jewish Ghetto is a 10 minute walk. We also took day trips to Trieste and Padova and walked to the train station in about 20 minutes. This flat is also in a lovely neighborhood right on the lagoon. Valentina was very responsive with every question. If you are 1 or 2, this is the place for exploring the beautiful city of Venezia.

Francesca is very friendly, nice and super responsive. She came to pick us up from the water boat station and walked with us to the apartment. She gave us lots of tips and restaurant recommendations. She made us feel like we are visiting a kind relative's home, not just typical airbnb. Her place is very convenient to everything you need. I would highly recommend everyone to stay here if you want to have good, safe and nice place to stay in Venice.

We absolutely loved our stay at Veronica’s place in Venice. The location is terrific - closest to the Rialto vaporetto stop, and a quick walk to St. Mark’s Square. The apartment has plenty of space, and we loved the balconies. Veronica was great to work with, and very responsive. Definitely a great choice for a stay in Venice!

Veronica clearly understands the concept of creating a home away from home. We were well catered for and felt safe. We highly recommend this property if you are visiting Dolo.

We had a great time staying here. It is conveniently located just a few steps from piazza San Marco, yet not at all noisy and having an AC in summer was a big plus. Anna was very responsive and she gave clear instructions on check in and directions.

We loved our stay at Ernesto's apartment. Peaceful, comfortable, clean, and very well equipped. A quiet location but very close to lots of restaurant options and transport. A very pleasant and peaceful house, where everyone enjoys and respects each other's space. While being discreet, Franco & Davide are always available if you have the slightest need. As a woman traveling alone, I felt totally comfortable at Ana Paola's. She and her sons are very welcoming and reassuring. The bedroom and bathroom are nice and the accommodation is next to a bus station that leads directly to Venice. I will gladly return to Ana Paola's and I can only recommend her!

Antonio was really helpful in answering all my questions. He helped me navigate the area and even helped me contact lost and found when I lost my phone. He provides a really nice light breakfast and even allowed me to do a load of laundry after an 11 day cruise. I highly recommend Antonio's place for convenience, location and a very helpful host!

Alessandro's accommodation is in a perfect location, very quiet. The room has a private bathroom and was nice and clean. The kitchen is not suitable for cooking but for a short stay it is fine. There were snacks, coffee and milk for breakfast included :) Alessandro was very punctual, friendly and gave us many helpful tips. We will be happy to come back!

Stefania is wonderful! Our flight was delayed, then the bus from Treviso station went straight passed us. Difficult getting a taxi as local music festival on! We kept Stefania upto date eventually we got a taxi to her place. She drove to a local pizzeria as it was late, it was fantastic food. Primavera pizzeria, 2 pizzas, 2 beers 4 fantas. €45, under £40. Left the next day after a fantastic breakfast. Comfy beds and great shower. Just wished we had stayed longer. Thank you Stefania 🤩 love Lorna & Rich

The bed was excellent, the room comfortable and the welcome from Natalia was exceptional. Convenient for the station and quiet at night. Would recommend.

Had a great experience at Alessandro's place. He was very responsive to questions and needs. He met us at check in, provided maps and great insights to Venice, things to do, things to avoid to maximize our time there. He provided a lovely continental breakfast each morning and straightened up while we were out. The location is off a main walkway so it was quiet at night for a peaceful sleep. Great location near the Ponte Rialto and not far to the train station. We were able to walk with our luggage in about 10 minutes.
