Monthly Rentals in Santa Cruz, Seville, Casco Antiguo

Natasja is a good host, we worked it out, she's friendly. The apartment is located in a good location, not far from the attractions of Seville, not far from public transport, shops nearby are well stocked. The only downside to us seems to be a private patio, we had a different idea of its size. It's very tiny, but the laundry can be dried. We stayed for a whole month and are very happy with this stay.

Barbara's accommodation and service is all that's good in this world, I wish all the hosts and places were like that. Constant, clear and always friendly communication. The place is amazing. The apartment is ideal for two people, the air conditioning is great for the heat of Seville in June (we had 4 days of +40º C), everything is impeccable, all the kitchen utensils are practically new, the bed is very comfortable and everything is in order with the bathroom and the shower. We arrived at 7AM and in order not to wait 8 with luggage, they offered us the night before at 50% of the price which we thought was great because it was super comfortable and allowed us to get some rest. This reflects their interest in the guest, above all. We are delighted to leave and would return 100%.

Ideal host and ideal location! Nacho was the perfect host--gave clear instructions, responded quickly, and made me feel quite welcome! Additionally, as other reviewers had pointed out, the location is wonderful for visiting the many sites that Sevilla has to offer. Despite the proximity to a very busy area, the apartment was quiet at night. The area is safe, and beautiful--with a rich choice of diverse places to eat--and watch flamenco (that was my objective!). Such a lovely choice of places to visit nearby--and the cathedral is breathtaking. I look forward to the possibility of returning to Nacho's apartment next year!

My family of four absolutely loved our stay at Cristina’s place in the heart of Seville. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from both the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Although we typically rely on public transportation, we found it easy to walk to all the places we wanted to visit. Getting to the apartment was simple, a quick 10-minute cab ride from the train station and we had no trouble finding it. We arrived early in the morning, but there’s a convenient luggage locker nearby that worked perfectly for us. Cristina was incredibly responsive and always provided helpful information when we needed it. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seville!
