The location couldn’t be better: centrally situated, making it easy to explore all the beautiful sights and delicious eateries Palermo has to offer. Check-in was seamless and incredibly accommodating — Cristina waited until after 10:30 pm to meet us at the apartment, which was very much appreciated after a long day of travel. She also checked in on us on several occasions to ensure everything was perfect, demonstrating her attentive and caring hospitality. Cristina was an exceptional host — friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Palermo, especially families with little ones. Thank you, Cristina, for your warm hospitality!

I really enjoyed staying here. Fabiana was very responsive and helpful with all of my needs, including reservations and car service. She was very attentive at check-in, and checked in throughout my stay as needed. The apartment was clean, and in a very historic building that was very interesting in the historic center. check out was easy, and I would definitely stay here again. The host were wonderful. I enjoyed Palermo and all that Sicily had to offer. I highly recommend this location.

This is one of my FAVORITE stays, ever ! Rosario's home is warm, elevated, beyond stylish, filled with brilliant art and is in an ideal location to take in all of Palermo. Unlike many other places that feel cold and without personality — this was like staying in your most fashionable Italian friend's chic, private apartment. Rosario is also an excellent communicator — he shared wonderful recommendations for local restaurants and not-to-be missed things to do around Palermo. There are also not one, but TWO private outdoor spaces! It's also 5-10 minutes of a walk to some of the best little spots for local wine, great restaurants, markets and top sites. Book it if you can!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent — a perfect base to explore the city. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. We really enjoyed spending time on the terrace with its lovely view. Another big plus is that you can easily take the bus and be at Mondello beach in no time. Communication with the host was very smooth and always clear. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was absolutely perfect. It is in brand new condition with everything that's needed for a relaxing holiday! the hosts have put effort into making the place perfect and homely. Great attention to detail put into the renovation of the property. Location is very convenient just 30mins drive from Palermo and a 3 minute walk to the sea with great restaurants and ice cream! Armando also went above and beyond with communication and kindness and we really appreciate the great service and kind gestures

Carmelo and Elvira were fantastic hosts. The apartment is full of character and has everything you need. There are separate stairwells leading up to each sleeping area, which is great for privacy. One side of the upstairs does have slightly lower ceilings, so if you are tall just be aware. The rooftop terrace is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo and has easy access to bus and train for day trips. Overall, we couldn't have been happier with our stay.

Location, location, location. This apartment is an oasis in the midst of all the main attractions of Palermo. Everything is an easy walk away and yet on the balcony it is peaceful with pretty rooftop views. Situated next to a Mosque, there is a brief Adhan at 10 pm, but we only heard it when we were outside. The living areas in the apartment are spacious and comfortable, where we could relax together. This was a great spot for exploring Palermo, and Luigi's recommendations were fantastic.

Wish we could stay longer and hope we can come back! Spectacular outlook from this beautiful place. So much history! It was the perfect base and easy access by foot to any sights. Peaceful yet you felt in the thick of colourful Palermo also. Kind and friendly host. Just book!!!!

We stayed here for two nights. The apartment is located in a great location, right behind the Cathedral, but sheltered from the hustle and bustle (it is very quiet and you sleep well at night). The possibility of doing both check-in and check-out yourself makes everything even more convenient. Don't be fooled by the outside of the building, the apartment inside is brand new and very well furnished.

I had a wonderful stay at Peppe’s place. The property was really conveniently located, close to all the local attractions. It also had two beautiful terraces. We were very comfortable, as a group of three with two toilets and two beds. Peppe was very good with communication!

Cozy and clean apartment in a great location. Friendly and helpful host. The host's father, Leopoldo, owns a restaurant a few meters away, which I highly recommend for location, quality of food and excellent value for money. Simply put, everything is perfect!

Annalisa and Stefano were excellent hosts. They communicated with us quickly and clearly, and gave us many recommendations for activities and restaurants. The apartment is spacious, very charming, and located within walking distance of the city center, with the train and bus stations just a few minutes away. The accommodation was clean and tidy. The bed was excellent and comfortable. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hosts were incredible friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. They met us in person on the first day, gave us a tour of the place, and were happy to answer any questions. They also shared with us an exhaustive list of local recommendations, from restaurants and hidden spots to travel tips, which helped us make the most of our trip. Any issues or questions we had were met with quick and helpful responses, with the hosts always ready to assist us and make sure everything goes smoothly. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and matched the description. We could not have asked for better hosts and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful apartment as in the photos. Amazing artwork lovely kitchen and spectacular views from all rooms. Guido helped us by facilitating an early checkin which was great. Excellent response time every time we messaged. Bathrooms a bit dated but otherwise all food. Great few days in Palermo.

We had the magical family holiday in Sicily staying at Fabrizio and Maria's apartment. The location was perfect for us to relax by the pool or down by the beach, and for us to make excursions to Palermo and Cefalu' on the north coast, to Scopello and Trapani in the west, and to Agrigento in the south. We had a hire car, which was necessary, but there was also a train station with free parking very nearby for our visit to Palermo. All our daytrips were guided by fantastic personalised advice from Fabrizio and Maria. They helped us plan everything.. where to go and what to see. We also benefitted from their expert knowledge of the best local restaurants to eat the most delicious Sicilian food, and even enjoy fresh figs from Maria's fig tree! Fabrizio and Maria really looked after us and ensured we had the most amazing possible experience of Sicily. We are looking forward to welcoming Fabrizio and Maria to visit London one day so we can repay their incredible hospitality.

We had a great time in Palermo, we found the city very easy to reach on foot by bus or tram from the apartmentfrong door! The pool was a wonderful luxury on a hot day too ☀️ The apartment was very comfortable and clean.

Daniela made us very welcome and the communication leading up to our stay was great. The accommodation had all amenities including some we didn’t expect like the dishwasher. The second toilet was also a bonus. Very comfortable and plenty of space within the apartment. The air conditioning kept us cool at night. There’s a local bakery for breakfast only a minutes walk plus there’s a great restaurant only 20m away, which doesn’t look anything from the outside but opens up to a very pretty dining area surrounded by trees and flowers at the back. The raised deck area could be closed off if the it was raining. Mondello beach is 15 minutes walk away and plenty of public space as well as private if that’s what you prefer. As well as all the restaurants in Mondello there’s a couple, including great Gelato, on the way there. We found using the pool was a bit awkward at times because other family members also used it. If you’re staying in the Palermo area Daniela’s apt is well worth it.

We stayed at Lampeduso for 3 nights and it definitely wasn’t long enough. It’s such a great Airbnb in a perfect location. Palermo is such an interesting city, with its mix of cultures and all its gritty charm. The palace was perfect. It rained for two of the days we were there, but because the villa was so fantastic, the weather didn’t affect us at all. The place is huge, with great amenities that made a big difference—washer and dryer for our soaked clothes, umbrellas ready to go, and plenty of space to enjoy a good card game. When the sun did come out, we spent early evenings on the patio next to the pool. Honestly, the villa alone makes us want to return to Palermo.

Very calm & beautiful place, great pool, very private with beautiful view on the mountains ! We enjoyed our time in Cinisi a lot. Mara was very friendly and quick in her reactions.

We had an amazing experience during our stay at Vincenzo's villa. He and his family were incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, Vincenzo made us feel right at home, which made a big difference, especially since we were visiting Sicily for the first time. It didn’t feel like just another Airbnb - it felt like we were visiting somebody we knew already. One of the things we appreciated most was how much effort Vincenzo put into making our stay enjoyable. He gave us a ton of recommendations on where to eat, shop, and explore around the little towns of Carini and Capaci. He was always happy to answer our questions and offer suggestions, in spite of his regular work. It’s rare to find a place where both the accommodation and the people leave such a lasting impression. This was definitely one of those special stays. Highly recommendable!

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time
