Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Santa Flavia

Our stay at Antonio’s place in Campofelice di Roccella was truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and care. Antonio is a fantastic young host who clearly loves what he does, and it shows in every detail. He truly wants his guests to feel comfortable and at home. Although breakfast wasn’t officially included, Antonio kindly provided it — along with the best espresso we had during our entire stay in Sicily. And he offered it generously throughout our visit. That level of thoughtfulness is rare and deeply appreciated. He was also very flexible with our check-out, which allowed us to enjoy an extra beach day. The secured parking on site was another great bonus, especially important when traveling by car in Sicily. The location is excellent: just 20 minutes from Cefalù and about an hour from Palermo, making it a perfect base for exploring the northern coast. Nuccia was a wonderful host. The house is near the airport and has amazing lemon trees in the garden. Highly recommend.

The accommodation corresponded to the description, well secured and clean and the hosts were always available and helpful at all times. :) If you don't have a rental car, you have to walk about 30 minutes to the train. The location is quiet.

Wonderful experience and wonderful hosts. The villa is located in a quiet location, easily accessible especially thanks to the owners' directions. We had the opportunity to receive friends and relatives in a well-kept, pleasant environment equipped with every kind of comfort. The villa deserves respect and care from guests, but this is easy to understand from the first moment of your stay because you can immediately see how much effort the owners put into keeping it in order and in perfect condition. We took full advantage of the pool, which gave our vacation that extra something. The garden and the porch are spacious and enjoyable. Thank you Ilenia and thank you Elio. We'll be back!

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe's, everything was perfect and as advertised! The location of the apartment is really great, between the sea and the mountain, the landscapes are breathtaking, the calm is also very pleasant! Cala Rossa beach and the small town of Terrasini are absolutely splendid. Giuseppe is a very welcoming and available host, he even recommended places to see. In short, a perfect stay!

Great host, very flexible and problem solving. We came back and there was an ants invasion in the bedroom. Marino was very kind and offer us immediately his next door apartment until he solve the problem. Great experience!

We had a great stay! Francesco was very helpful and friendly. The place is super spacious—perfect even for larger groups, with plenty of room for everyone to relax or do their own thing. Loved the private parking, peaceful setting, and amazing views. Having three bathrooms was a big plus. The little touches like beach towels and beach chairs really made it feel like home. Highly recommend and for sure we can't wait to come back!

the house and massive gardens are wonderful. beds where super king. kitchen well appointed. good selection of basic ingredients . knives sharp! the out door area was brilliant. sat and fed 18 people with ease. house spotless, not only towels for showers but swing towels as well. hostess lovely and very helpful. I'll be back.

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

This is the best option for the price you can find which will give you an opportunity to explore the village life off the coast. David’s mother was very welcoming and sweet and helped me bring my stuff upstairs. The space has everything you might need. Enough space for a comfortable stay for 4 people!

Riccardo's apartment is great!!! The kitchen is really nice and has everything you need, the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The living area is beautiful and relaxing and the deck has a spectacular view of Mondello. We chose Riccardo's structure for the days before and after our wedding and I must say that it was the best choice we could make 😁 I recommend waking up at the sunrise and enjoying a nice cup of coffee on the terrace 🤩 Finally, Riccardo was a very helpful, flexible, quiet and very polite and friendly host. We recommend everyone to book this apartment because we assure you that your stay will be unforgettable! Thanks again Riccardo, we'll be back! 😊🤍

We had a lovely few days at Maria's apartment. It's a very spacious apartment in a central location. The outdoor space was a lovely calm oasis from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Freddy is a great host. Super response and flexible. He gave us clear instructions to check in. Both flats are connecting and the terraces are great to chill have a breakfast and a coffee. For sure we’ll come back for a next trip to Palermo. Highly recommended.

The place is really fantastic for a private vacation for four. The beach is even private for residents early in the morning and evening, so you could be there for yourself at these times. But at other times, the beach wasn't really crowded. The connection to the beach is also great and you can be there in a few steps. We loved the welcome basket with little things to eat that our hostess gave us. The accommodation serves everything you need, is clean and has a really very nice balcony.
