"Casa Soluntina" is a characteristic furnished and equipped loft, consisting of a kitchen-living room in a single room with a masonry kitchenette with antique Sicilian cement tiles recovered from the original floor of the 1900s, a wooden mezzanine with a double bed with a sloping roof and a bathroom with a shower. Finally, from a large window, you can access the 10-square-meter terrace overlooking the ancient city of Solunto. The house is powered by photovoltaic panels and has a very low impact on the environment.

The apartment is in Kalsa which is one of the best district with many attractions in the heart of the center. You can find many bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and historical places around the flat.
