Comfortable apartment with a beautiful terrace overlooking the Gulf of Tigullio, equipped with every comfort, 800 meters from the beaches of Cavi and Lavagna, 1.5 km from the center. Inside there is a living room, with a sofa bed, sea view, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. It also has a small garden with aromatic lemon tree plants, in the back of the apartment is the laundry area with washing machine and drying rack.
