Cavi Beach Home is located in Cavi di Lavagna just 100 meters from the beaches. The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. The sea is a 10-minute walk downhill; from the house you can set off on various excursions. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car.
