Lovely house which was very nice and clean. Francesco was very welcoming. Fantastic views from the roof terrace, you would ideally need to rent or own a car to get to the town or beach as this is approximately 5 minutes drive away. The town has plenty of restaurants to chose from and La Cinta beach was stunning, very crowded in August but if you walk further up the beach you can easily find plenty of space. Would highly recommend this accommodation and location.

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!

The house is in the middle of a forest, quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. The view is amazing, the house is comfortable and has everything you need, even a washing machine. Michele was friendly and helpful, 100% recommended

Really beautiful stay, spacious and clean

We had a wonderful stay in beautiful Porto Rotondo! The pool was such a hit with our daughter that it was difficult to pull her away from it so that we could go venture out to some of the stunning nearby beaches! Beautiful property with tons of private, quiet outdoor space. Gorgeous sunsets. Awesome being so close to the Seawall which is a nice walk and leads to many restaurants. Grocery stores nearby as well. Was great to have en suites for all bedrooms. Comfortable space for our family which was four adults and two young children. Thank you Alessandro!

The spacious house with high ceilings is located in a fragrant herb and olive grove with the beautiful opportunity to feed animals, which our children loved. The terrace offers plenty of space to relax, the rear terrace even has a pool, which fascinated the children. Gabriele is a great host, communication was easy. We recommend the stay 100% and will gladly come back. Thank you

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

We were very warmly greeted and received by Antonio. The house is in a very quiet location surrounded by vines, just outside of Dorgali. Wonderful for relaxing holidays and highly recommended.

A great stay at Mario's little house! Everything is very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and without a doubt the best part is the terrace with good views and the location very close to the sea. We had the best week at this home near Cala Gonone. The hosts we're very friendly and gave us some great local recommendations. We stayed in June during a heat wave and the house stays cool in the evenings with the breeze and beautiful surroundings. Everything is easily accessible by car.

Our stay at Villa Biderrosa was perfect! The lake and the mountain views are simply breathtaking. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, the small private beach by the lake is simply magical, and there is a beautiful beach close by. My family and I had a wonderful holiday, we only wish we could have stayed longer!

Easy check-in and check-out; beach and restaurant recommendations from the host were great; problems were resolved very quickly. Rental car required, however

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Maurizio was very friendly and helpful with tips for e.g. restaurant . The complex is very private, only 2 apartments and quiet. Pool is brand new. Apartment is sufficiently equipped and clean. Also definitely recommended to book both apartments with 2 families, for example.

Pina was the most wonderful & friendly host I’ve had! She was so thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying ourselves. Her house was amazing, with the most brilliant view, the pool was such a treat & we had everything we needed. We all had such a fabulous time & will absolutely be back!

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

We had a great week at Giuseppe's place. His wife was very available and kind. A very quiet area not far from the beach, small supermarket, nice restaurant and the main road to discover around. Olbia within 30 mins. Budoni 5 mins away. A great pool, clean, beautiful, equipped chair etc….. Thank you very much

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!
