We had a great weekend in Pescara with friends, and this place was just perfect! Very spacious, impeccable in terms of cleanliness, and ideally located close to the city center and the beach. Cinzia, was adorable from start to finish: very friendly, available, and always ready to give good advice, especially on restaurants and places not to be missed. She really made our stay easier. This was a wonderful place for us to relax and wind down. Right near the beach and many fantastic restaurants, Gelato and Grocery stores. Alessandro made us feel welcome and right at home.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is an "attic" apartment but with lovely skylights. It is on the 4th floor and a bit of a walk up, but not bad. It is right on the main street for passeggiata and 2 blocks from the promenade and ocean. It's a great location and surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful apartment facing the ocean. Very comfortable and newly renovated. The terrace is lovely with a great view.

The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you no longer need the car. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it is uphill. The small pool and the outdoor kitchen are unique,

The accommodation is exactly as described and as pictured, clean, equipped with everything you need, with parking immediately in front and a beautiful private garden. The beach, pool and restaurant bar are very close and the whole village is very well cared for. Highly recommended!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Beautiful refurbished apartment for a couple or a small family. Very clean and tidy and comfortable place to stay in with amazing view of the San Giorgio Harbour on the right and beautiful beach on the left. A walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, also with approximately 15 min walk to the central town and railway station. Matteo and Anna Chiara were very kind, very helpful and promptly responsive to any questions and requests we had and we felt comfortable in this property. They are fantastic hosts, thank you again for taking care!

Very nice apartment. Even more than the photos. It really feels like being at Grandma's house. Clean and well-kept accommodation, close to the sea and with a fifteen-minute walk you find yourself in the center. There is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area where the house is located is very quiet, but in a few minutes you can reach supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, newsstands, etc. Domenico is an impeccable host! Luxurious accommodation. We had a family vacation, we all liked it. The apartment owner arranged a transfer from the airport and back for us, which was a necessary convenience for us. Clean, cozy, close to the beach. Recommended 👍
