Holiday rentals with a patio in Santa Maria

Edna Valley is a beautiful and peaceful area. It was easy to get around to lots of places without having to be in the thick of it. I would love to stay at Diane’s property again. It had everything you need and more. The unit although on the same property, felt very private and safe. I did not meet Diane in person however, all interactions were welcoming and pleasant. Thank you for opening your spacious, tranquil, and full of amenities home to my family.

This was one of, if not the best, AirBnB experiences we’ve had! The apartment was just like the photos and everything felt very new and clean while still being charming. The location also couldn’t be beat for walking to dinner and tasting rooms. There is also a place to get great coffee right out front. We will definitely be back!

Immediately when we entered the home, we commented on how the beautiful and thoughtful the details were in this home. We noticed all the small things, such as the matching, beautiful colors in different areas. It really felt like a beach home. The amenities were as described. For being so close to downtown and the beach, we didn't hear any street noise from the home. This home is in extremely close walking distance to Pismo beach (under 75 steps) where we enjoyed food, music, the amazing ocean, and people watching. When we visit Pismo again, we will definitely check to see if Jody's place is available first. Again, a lovely place and visit.

Host were very nice and responsive, and the home was so clean that there was not a speck of dust on my feet. Awesome !!

I am so grateful for Amy’s place. It was our first time in los Alamos and I will be calling amy every time I want to stay again. She is a great host and the condo was spotless and comfy. The location cannot be beat and I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Excellent location. This apartment is centrally located and just one block away from the Pismo Beach Pier. As described and look exactly like the pictures, this place is newly renovated and nicely decorated. Awesome place for a beach stay. Parking space is directly under the unit on the left. The electric outlets do not work in the bedroom, that would be the only thing that the owner needs to fix. Overall we had a great weekend stay at Pismo lodging in this beautiful apartment. Thanks!

Spacious, quiet, nice host, extremely convenient, enough beds for our three teen kids - overall a wonderful stay!

This was a great place if you want peace and quiet and the serenity of being out of the city and in a large house with lots of space for large families. The bedrooms were great, and everything was very accessible, especially the large tables and the large counter seating which we made use of every night.

Place was beautifully decorated. The place made you feel like staying inside all day. The backyard made me feel like I need to redo my own backyard in inspiration of this one. There is everything you might need in this place. The beds are extremely comfortable, the place smells nice too. I definitely recommend staying here, I would stay again. Thank you for such wonderful accommodations. I will see if you have any others to check out also.

Very well maintained home with lots of updates and amenities. Location was super convenient to wineries and local towns with lots of character. Kids loved the pool, and the shades were also much appreciated for relaxation poolside.

My family enjoyed our stay at the Ballard Canyon Cottage immensely. The home itself was lovely and the spaces were nicely laid out. The kitchen was well stocked, bunk beds were perfect for the two kids (6 + 10), and the AC came in very handy as the temps climbed into the 80s. And of course, the hot tub was a huge hit! If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat, I highly recommend this spot!

Max's place was exactly how it was listed. My husband enjoyed the arcade games from his youth!! The bed was super comfy. Max was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to messages! Thank you, Max, for a wonderful stay!

Sachi is a wonderful host – she responds quickly to questions, and her place was conveniently located, clean, and as-described. The furniture and appliances feel new and well-cared for. There is a small Co-Op Market down the street which was perfect for picking up groceries and snacks. She also provided coffee pods for the Keurig in the kitchen which was a nice touch. There are two sets of stairs to get to the bedrooms, which may be a consideration for guests with mobility concerns, but did not affect our stay. Check in and check out was seamless – would absolutely book this Airbnb again!

We really enjoyed getting to know Cayucos through Edel and Alex’s eyes and space. They were super attentive and put a lot of attention and detail into sharing information about things to do and explore nearby. The place had a great aesthetic, was well stocked with everything you could need, was super clean and comfortable and was centrally located. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Truly a great place to stay to enjoy the SLO county. Spent the weekend here for my brother’s graduation and was an easy 13 min commute from here to Cal State San Luis Obispo. Was able to grab some Beachin Biscuits and a cup of chow at Splash Cafe. Topped it off with a cinnamon roll and call it a successful weekend.

We always like to come down to Pismo as a family and try to find a home that fits our needs. But this home is a prefect getaway, has everything we needed. Views are stunning especially during the sunset. A short 2 min walk to restaurants and shops and the best part is it’s right next to the beach just as the pictures! We will definitely be staying here again for our next trip.

This place is fantastic!!! You are smack dab In The middle of town. Everything is literally steps away from what you could want!!! Great views for the amazing sun sets!!

We went to Ca. to visit our son and for medical check-ups. We had a marvelous time. Sleeping in such a peaceful location played a large role in our bonding and recuperation. Lots of pinochle and dominoes. All together we had a wonderful 2 weeks and would recommend Rachel's Cozy Condo to anyone.

This place was SPECTACULAR!!! We couldn't have asked for a better rental! Summer went above and beyond for us. Not once did it feel like we were at someone else's house. We absolutely love the place so much and we made unforgettable memories with our family. Thank you from the bottom of ours hearts, Summer and to her husband for such a lovely stay. We will definitely be back.
