INSTA FLAT was COMPLETELY renovated in May 2022, all furniture, balcony doors and appliances are new. We clean and disinfect all surfaces before each new check-in. There is a large free parking nearby!

Casa Lugana 15 è un ampio monolocale di ca. 30 mq ed è stato da poco riammodernato e arredato in stile moderno. E' sito al piano secondo ed ultimo, dall'appartamento non si vede il lago, è esposto a sud-ovest, ma avere un giardino fronte lago con piccola spiaggia e molo in pietre è una caratteristica davvero eccezionale del residence di cui fa parte. L'appartamento è dotato di un balcone privato con tavolino e 2 sedie esposto a sud.
