Holiday rentals with beach access in Santa-Maria-Poggio

Nous avons eu des petits bugs à l’arrivee, mais Mélanie a été réactive et la conciergerie est intervenue rapidement, donc aucun problème! La résidence est effectivement très bien entretenue, propre, belle (attention les pelouses sont interdites mais il y a la plage et un parc pour enfant en face de la résidence). La proximité de la piscine (propre, avec une grande pataugeoire pour les enfants), et de la plage (petite plage peu entretenue) sont vraiment royales. Le logement est propre, agréable et bien équipé. Exactement ce qu’il nous fallait avec nos deux enfant de bientôt 2 ans!

Bör ha bil eftersom allmänna kommunikationerna är dåliga. Lägenheten mycket fin och nära till sandstranden som var fin och promenadvänlig. Vi kunde checka ut senare så det passade vår retur med färjan från Bastia. Vi hade fina dagar att ta oss runt och se på Korsikas fantastiska natur. Kan rekommenderas.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und entsprach genau den Fotos. Armelle war ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der sehr hilfsbereit war und auch immer schnell auf Fragen geantwortet hat. Auch als es ein kleines Problem innerhalb der Wohnung gab, wurde schnell reagiert. Wir sind mehr als zufrieden.

Le logement de Sébastien est une petite merveille, parfaitement situé, proche de la mer, de commerces, de restaurants etc.. le logement est idéal, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, et également très bien pour un enfant de 2 ans et demi. La terrasse ensoleillée et son barbecue nous ont conquis !! Sébastien à été très disponible et arrangeant, encore un grand merci, grâce à vous nous avons passé de sublimes vacances ! Un séjour de rêve dans ce magnifique appartement face à la mer. Une décoration soignée et des équipements au top. La communication avec Loïc a été parfaite, sans oublier Julie qui nous a accueillis chaleureusement. On s'est senti comme "à la maison ". Et pour visiter et se baigner, l'emplacement est génial ! Nombreux commerces de proximité dont une boulangerie et un petit magasin d'alimentation.

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Alles war blitzsauber und die Wohnung ist richtig toll ausgestattet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation lief hervorragend. In die Stadt sind es gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang. Supermärkte sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Der Aufzug erspart einem das Schleppen der Einkäufe. Bonus: Da die Wohnung so weit oben liegt, gibt es keine Stechmücken :)

A great find. It’s hard to get accommodation in Erbalunga so close to bars and restaurants. Views of the sea from the spacious balcony make this a real treat. The apartment has free parking on the other side of the Main Street, a grocery store on the ground floor and a great bakery just yards away, and all this mo more than a minute’s walk from the small harbour at the centre of the town. The apartment is on the third floor and there is no lift, so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. A superbly comfortable apartment and a friendly, welcoming host. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt im Juni 2025 Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Emmas Haus. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – ideal für entspannte Urlaubstage. Die ruhige Lage nahe dem Strand war für uns perfekt. Emma ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Il bungalow è perfetto per chi cerca qualche giorno di mare in massima serenità, e confort. La spiaggia pulitissima e con un mare trasparente, è raggiungibile percorrendo poche centinaia di metri di un piacevolissimo sentiero. Passeggiando sulla riva si raggiungono almeno quattro tra ristoranti e bistrot sul mare. Il nostro alloggio aveva un grazioso giardino in cui trovare ombra a tutte le ore del giorno. Marie France e Bruno sono ospiti attenti, discreti, disponibili.

La casa es perfecta para una familia de 5-6 personas, es muy cómoda y todo funciona a la perfección. Tiene todas las comodidades: BBQ, aire acondicionado, toallas de baño, cafetera tipo nespresso, microondas…. Todo es nuevo, muy limpio. La casa está relativamente aislada, el coche es absolutamente necesario para todo (supermercado, playa, restaurantes). Las camas son cómodas. Volveremos seguro

Alloggio più grande di quanto appariva nella descrizione. Completo di tutti i servizi, compreso spazio esterno con barbecue.Parcheggio privato. Molto vicino al mare ma con transito a piedi su strada trafficata. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare l’isola, sia il nord che il sud. Host disponibilissimo.

Beautiful villa, everything is thought out to the detail, there is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Florian is always available for any question. Not the most picturesque beach within walking distance, but if you have a car this is not a problem, there are many beautiful places nearby. Great cost for money.

Kamal était très gentil, le logement était comme présenté. Je recommande !

Un super endroit, calme avec un accès à la plage très proche, commodité à proximité. Toutes les informations sur celle ci était fourni par Victoria, elle a été arrangeante quand nous avons eu peur d’être bloqué suite au grève des ports. Un super emplacement pour voyager en Corse je recommande.

Topweek gehad in het heerlijke beach house van Laure met uitzicht op zee en zandstrand op minder dan 1 minuut lopen. Ook een heerlijk zwembad met ligstoelen en parasol naast het huisje. We voelden ons direct thuis. Bij aankomst een fles water en koekjes. Heel attent! De bedden lagen goed en ook de slaapbank was perfect voor mijn dochter. Het huisje is heel sfeervol ingericht en ruim met een goede keuken. Laure is een zeer lieve, behulpzame en meelevende host, die heel snel reageert op vragen. Midden in de nacht hebben we de ambulance gebeld voor mijn zoon en we hadden ook Laure gebeld die meteen naar ons toe kwam. Nogmaals grote dank daarvoor! In de buurt is ook een heerlijke bakker, waar we elke dag verse broodjes haalden en gebak. De supermarkten zijn ook vlakbij. De airco was heerlijk in de avond om even te koelen deze warme week. Nogmaals: een heerlijke week gehad!

Laurent ist ein toller Vermieter. Wir konnten nicht nur früher einchecken, sondern wurden auch noch mit korsischen Köstlichkeiten empfangen. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön, man fühlt sich sofort wohl und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die kleine Gartenoase ist wirklich traumhaft. Der Strand ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar., weitläufig, sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und kommen sehr gerne wieder 😊

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. Il est tout à fait conforme aux photos. L’appartement est extrêmement propre, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Une place de parking est située devant. Le logement est situé sur la propriété de Gabrielle & son compagnon, qui sont des hôtes adorables, réactifs. Ils nous ont réservé un accueil chaleureux. Ils nous ont donné des recommandations de balades dans les environs. Logement bien situé pour réaliser nombres de randonnées dans le Cap Corse. La plage n’est pas très loin non plus. Nous retenons cette adresse.

We chose this location for its proximity to Bastia and Cap Corse, and also for its beachfront location. All was true; we were satisfied, able to see Haute-Corse from there and enjoy short swims before or after our voyages. I want to separately comment on the communication with Millie La Conciergerie, which was always quick, meaningful, and respectful.

Jean Marie è gentilissimo, super disponibile e piacevole. Ci ha fornito tantissimi consigli mentre eravamo lì e fornisce diversi documenti con consigli di viaggio prima dell'arrivo. L'appartamento è tenuto benissimo, pulito e con tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. La posizione è fantastica, a 50mt dal mare, silenzioso, tranquillo, si dorme benissimo! C'è un market raggiungibile a piedi (un po' caro), ma a 10 e 15 minuti di macchina ci sono due supermercati Leclerc. Insomma, è stato un soggiorno perfetto!

Excellent séjour chez Nina ! Nous avons été accueillis par son mari, qui était très aimable et plein de bons conseils. L'appartement était beau, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la flexibilité concernant les horaires d'arrivée et de départ, ainsi que le petit cadeau de bienvenue. Des petits détails qui font la différence.

Die Unterkunft ist mit großem Geschmack wunderschön eingerichtet. Zudem war alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Marie-Carolin ist sehr, sehr nett und hat sich besonders bemüht, dass wir uns wohlfühlten. Sowohl der Chech-in wie auch der Check-out waren völlig problemlos. Sollten wir wieder nach Korsika reisen werden wir diese Wohnung sehr gerne wieder buchen - sie ist wirklich empfehlenswert.

Wir haben eine tolle Zeit verlebt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts! Schöner Ausblick auf das Meer, ruhige Lage und der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend kann man gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Isabelle war sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen, auch mit Hund.

Très bel appartement conforme aux photos de l’annonce. En hauteur de la ville avec une vue merveilleuse. Malheureusement pour nous le jacuzzi était en panne…
