There was no one around during our stay. Had deer in the backyard along with a little fox friend. Very relaxing and much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Would definitely recommend.

This cabin is a perfect summer retreat. My kids and I enjoyed the serenity of the property and easy access to the river. The cabin is comfortable and clean and we had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

The views from the decks and rooms are amazing - even better than the photos. This location is wonderful too and very quiet. I took a walk each morning up the hill and into the Jenner Headlands Preserve - highly recommended. We were lucky to have great weather and thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the lower deck on the outdoor sofas under an umbrella for shade. We didn't use the hot tub, but it is a nice touch to have one. The beds were very comfortable, and the downstairs bed has a nice view out the window. The house is older, so the bathrooms are small. We used the washer and drier once and they worked well. The kitchen was well stocked and there are games and puzzles available as well. Toni was a fantastic host - very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place and hope to return one day.

Wow, what a great stay. We were in town for a wedding that was within walking distance from the house. The house was as described in the listing, and Jennifer was great with responding to my questions before we checked in. The back patio was well worth the stay, and the hot tub was a great spot to wind down after the wedding. We will book here again.

A great return visit to La Paz! The upgrades are nice and the location is awesome! Everything is as described. Good communication, easy check in and easy parking. Quick walk to town and even quicker to the beach. One of my favorite rentals in Stinson. Highly recommend!

Watching multiple species of raptor patrol the banks of the Russian River was awe-inspiring

We had a lovely stay in the Russian River. We particularly loved the location next to the river, the large deck, the hot tub, and the idyllic setting in the forest.

We travel and rent homes for a week at a time once or twice a year as a family. This was one that everyone felt was special. One of a kind. We hope to return - not just to Sea Ranch - but specifically to this lovely home.

Great place to stay for 3 couples. Beautiful location, great views of the ocean from every room. We loved it! Do note that you have to drive to Gualala to get the check-in packet, which was out of the way.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this home. The ocean views are as-advertised and the house was clean and comfortable. It's a short walk to the bluffs trail where the views are fantastic. There are immediate neighbors on both sides of the home but when you are inside or sitting out on the back deck, it seems very private. We did have an issue with the hot tub not heating up, but VACASA responded immediately to my text message and offered to have someone come check it out that day. We found it to be a nice quiet place where we could easily relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the California coast.

My husband Josh and I had an unforgettable time at Cindi’s place in Sea Ranch. The home was even more beautiful than the photos—unique architecture, cozy design, and right on the beach. Every evening we watched the waves crash on the rocks just outside the window. It was peaceful, stunning, and truly magical. Cindi was a fantastic host, super helpful and kind. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

Casa Balena was a joy! Beautiful location (you can’t go wrong with Sea Ranch), good amenities (both at the house and the community), and so peaceful. The house was well stocked with everything you might need, including dishes/cookware in the kitchen. My family (a group of six, including a young child, two teenagers, two parents, and a grandparent) was very comfortable; lots of room, plenty of games on hand, etc. A great stay!

Nate and Nora’s beach property is so peaceful and rejuvenating. We were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and couldn’t have picked a more idyllic spot. The wildflowers were in full bloom and the seals busy with their pups. So beautiful!

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Craig and Willa’s place was a wonderful spot to experience Sea Ranch for the first time. The living space was beautiful and comfortable. We loved that the home felt true to the essence of Sea Ranch and retains a lot of special architectural details. The kitchen is well set up for cooking. Walk-on beach is only a short walk away, as is the incredible bluff walk. We highly recommend a stay at Craig and Willa’s Sea Ranch home!

Wonderful, peaceful place a short walk to the ocean. The sunroom is a great place to relax. Kitchen has everything you’d need, portable oven and plug in stove, coffeemaker, etc. would highly recommend.

My wife and I love to come to Tomales Bay and hang for a few days. This studio is right on the shore of the bay and well-appointed with all one might need. The kitchen had all things need for cooking, plus utensils. Plenty of books and DVD's to enjoy. Clean bathroom and comfortable bed. One mile from Nick's Cove and 2 miles from Tony's, so there was no shortage of oysters during our stay. Our whole time was relaxing and enjoyable, thanks to a nice place to stay with no issues.

A wonderful getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great place for relaxing with the family, no electronics, just plan good conversations and lots of games. The place has everything you need down to the pots and pans, coffee makers, and the beds were better than any 5 star hotel! Excellent for our needs on this trip. Thank you!

The house is in the most beautiful and dramatic setting. We didn’t want to leave! The kitchen was a bit tight for group cooking but it’s super well outfitted with plenty of plates & glasses and every gadget & serving piece you could want. We had a great time here & I would book here again in a heartbeat.

This is our second time staying at Cherie's- it was just as we remembered. A gorgeous location with a kitchen and living space that made us feel at home.

Robert has created a most charming and wonderful ocean-side oasis. The "cabin" is aptly named for its cozy and rustic style with a simultaneous nod to modernist minimalism that adds up to a wonderful combination of ingredients. Duxberry Reef is extraordinary, and the neighborhood is the best of Bolinas. I can't wait to return.

My wife and I loved it! Perfect location in a sweet artsy spot. The Italian bakery is a minute’s walk, and the Barrel House had incredible sea food (plus we saw dolphins in the bay!) We didnt have a car and took the shuttle up to Muir Woods (thanks to Nina we knew to reserve tickets ahead of time!).

This is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed in our lives. It was incredibly gorgeous, the house is wonderful, the ocean is right there in all its spectacular 180 degree view splendor, and Blanca was the best! Very kind and immediately responsive. We hope to stay here again soon! :)
