Beautiful location! The house is spacious, furnished in a rustic style with attention to detail, creating a welcoming atmosphere. We spent four days in total tranquility, surrounded by nature and breathtaking scenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunsets while walking in the surroundings. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the common areas are comfortable and well-organized. The host was extremely helpful and proactive from check-in, promptly responding to any needs. A place I highly recommend to anyone seeking a break immersed in nature.

We stayed for 2 weeks in August 24 in this gorgeous house. The 3 of us and our dog had an awesome time there and enjoyed all the great amenities this house offers: Starting from comfy beds, clean bathrooms and a small but really well equipped kitchen over the absolutely beautiful garden with lots of fruit (fig, pear, pomgranate etc.) trees, a nice patio and the big pool. The communication with Roberto (house owner) was exceptional - he was very proactive and informed us in all cases when the gardener was showing up, or when he took care of the pool. In these occasions he also supplied us with nice pastries from Rome - grazie again for this kind treatment. Roberto also organized a wine tasting/menu in the vicinity for us, which was another highlight of this vacation. We can only recommend this house and Roberto and his wife Marta as perfect hosts, and are grateful for being given the opportunity to stay there. We will come back in the future!

Livios place was a lovely private destination perfect for our family. We were visiting the area for a wedding, and we felt very welcome. The pool was a great way to spend time together and we also had BBQ’s. It is important to have a car - we explored the lake, visiting all of the towns. We had an issue with wifi being in the countryside and also the TV, however Livio was very responsive in attending to this. If we come back to Bracciano area, we will definitely be re-booking with Livio

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

A little paradise on earth. We really had an amazing stay in Giorgia's outbuilding. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place, lost in the middle of nature just 30 minutes from Rome, this is the accommodation for you. The view and the private pool complete the charm of a clean and well-equipped cottage. If you are also an animal lover, you will be delighted with cats that are as cute as they are affectionate, a donkey, a horse and dogs that make the experience even more unforgettable. We'll be back for sure!

Adele is the best host we have had in our history of AirBNBing. She helped us when we got stranded, she was proactive with her communications, and extremely friendly. She is an angel, and we truly enjoyed staying at her property. The property itself was gorgeous, spacious, with stunning views, super clean, and had more than required amenities. Overall, we loved our stay and we would return to Adele 100% given another chance. THANK YOU!

We have spent two fantastic nights in this lovely clean house and enjoyed our stay so much. The views are stunning and the area are wonderful for relaxation with a lot of things to do. Many thanks should go to Mr. Paolo, the owner, who made our stay extremely fantastic with his excellent advices and instructions. You should never leave the area without visiting Forno a legna Orsini ( the best bakery in town) to enjoy the delicious Italian pizza and pastries. Amazing experience

We had a great stay at Lamberto’s! Amazing place, everything was there and even more. Amazing views from the terrace. Real close to hikes and L’aquila and Gran Sasso (Corte Grande and Monte L’aquila). In real life the place is even nicer. Lamberto is quick with communciation ans recommendations!

We stayed in casa Vicolo with our two children (4 and 6 yrs old). The house is beautifully rustic with lovely artwork, wooden beams, a huge fireplace, and Italian tiling, also spacious with a little veranda perfect for relaxing and drying off washing/ swim wear daily after using the pool (with a cupboard containing a float and a couple of foam noodles) and games area (basketball, table tennis and table fuseball). Kids were comfortable in their two single beds room and our double bedroom was spacious, both with attached bathrooms and AC units (temperatures hit 40 degrees in Aug). The kitchen had everything we needed after we did our own shop of essential foods for meals. The hosts were all very helpful and recommendations of local towns, restaurants and olive oil tastings were great. We will definitely be returning to Borgo Acquariua. We stayed 2 nights in Aragno, a quiet village at 1000 meters above sea level and a few kilometers from L'Aquila. The house at our disposal was in perfect condition: clean and tidy. Private parking inside a driveway protected by a gate. Positive experience. Stefano.

We had a wonderful 2 day stay. Manuel's place is the perfect distance outside the chaos of Rome. We used it as a base to tour Rome driving to the Jonio metro station, parking and traveling into the center by train.

The road to the house is not paved and pretty bumpy but once you get to the house it is a pleasure to be there. The house has everything and has a great view of the valley below it. It has a pool on a lower level and below that a small field for soccer or volleyball. A lot of stairs both inside and outside. The surrounding area is interesting as it is an archeologists dream with Roman ruins within walking distance everywhere.

Giacomo and Madame are lovely people. Great hospitality and a house where you feel extremely good. The village is very peaceful. Thanks again for this experience. Sebastien.

Francesca and Emanuel's house is fantastic, very clean,located in a very quiet place,and with a beautiful large garden,with olive trees and flowers,completely fenced, which is very appreciated by those who travel with dogs,like us,happy for them,relax us !!! The house is well organized, it has everything you could want and even more,like,the electric broom,very useful !! Many small precautions from hosts, who immediately give a smile, (breakfast products, coffee capsules, single use x shower bags), are cuddly, really appreciated!! Close to the house,with just a few minutes by car,an endless tide of beautiful things to see. Another thing,very important,in the bed,you sleep 100 !!!!!! The host,Emanuel,friendly and always available !!! Highly recommend to everyone,this house is really perfect ! P.S. We always had lunch outside,on the table in front of the house, with the birds........

We were enchanted when we saw Lucia's house, especially the garden and the facilities in the garden (ping pong, pool, basketball court) were very enjoyable for my son. I liked watching the sunset in the garden the most. The house was a living house. Lucia and her assistant Natalie responded to all our needs immediately. We could easily reach Rome center and other villages with the car we rented. It was very comfortable to reach Rome in 20-25 minutes by car. It is a very enjoyable house for large families or groups of friends, especially those with children, who want to be able to reach the city easily but also want to be at home in peace and relax away from the city. Perfect little house with an amazing view over the valley

The farmhouse is FABULOUS! We stayed in this beautiful place with 7 people, my whole family! Each room matched the description, clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds and mosquito nets very useful in the countryside! My parents really appreciated the suite on the second floor, and the bathrooms were equipped with comfortable showers and hot water. The icing on the cake is definitely the outdoor space! The garden as far as the eye can see, the silence, the clean air... the hammock! We had a barbecue with other friends on holiday Sunday evening, and the space met everyone's expectations. It was very difficult to leave the farmhouse on Monday morning, and waking up today not surrounded by nature has put even more emphasis on how wonderful our stay was! technical information: The city center is a short walk away, but like all the villages in the area, expect quite steep climbs and descents! It's still worth it! All the nearby villages are 25 minutes away by car! GREAT!

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.
