Good location, quiet and with everything you need.

The studio was nice and we enjoyed staying there. The host was very kind and responsive. We recommend this studio especially for those who are looking for a quiet accomondation in Santa Teresa. A car (4x4) is an advantage as the road up there is quite steep and can be slippery in the rain. However, it is also possible to visit the center on foot (approx 10-15 minutes walk).

It was our first time in the area and since before booking, Lorna was very attentive explaining and recommending which places to visit. On site Adonis welcomes you who at all times was super attentive, friendly and willing to help you in everything from where to eat to how to get to the beaches and by the way to show you the place. That said in passing is divine in the middle of many trees, sound of birds and visit of the howler monkeys. The apartment is super well equipped, clean, white and beautiful natural light. The village has a beautiful vibe, the playa has a lot of stones but that is its charm. The cherry on the cake is Luna and Toby that accompany you on the hikes and the pool in a shade very barely to relax in the afternoon. We will definitely be back🫶🏼.

I had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental in Santa Teresa! The apartment was spotless, modern, and incredibly comfortable-exactly what the listing said. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like home. The location was perfect for exploring the area, yet peaceful and relaxing at night. Our host went above and beyond, providing excellent local recommendations and responding quickly to any questions. Communication was seamless from booking to checkout. I highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Santa and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

The studio was a good size for 2 people with everything you need. We have stayed in marAmar twice now and love the area being in the north end of the town. Tricia and hosts are very responsive and helpful. The walk up the slight hill and 50+ stairs is manageable as long as you have no mobility issues. Mostly just sweating once we reached the house.

We had such a great time at Casa Swell, everything about it was perfect. The rooms are spacious, well designed, air conditioned, and very clean. As wonderful as town is, we found ourselves gravitating back to the house! In terms of location, it’s just outside the main surf spot on playa Santa Teresa but also close enough to walk to surf playa Carmen. Lots of food and shops nearby. Marisa was a wonderful host who was always responsive and had tons of recommendations for us. This was my third stay in Santa Teresa and my favorite location so far. Highly recommend!

We really liked the accommodation, it was exactly what we were looking for since what we wanted was to get to know beaches, restaurants and so on in the area. Rodrigo helped us with the charging of the electric vehicle. Everything was fine, we would stay again.

We spent 3 nights here and loved it. The location is great, everything is very clean and the communication was great!

I love staying here! I’ve stayed multiple times. It’s very close to restaurants and the beach but away from the super crazy part of town. It’s one of the few places that is walkable and has a beautiful ocean view! Everything here is cozy! Highly recommend!!!! The only thing I’d say is that the wifi for zoom meetings isn’t quite strong enough so I had to use my hotspot. So keep that in mind if you’re working from here :)

Our stay at Ian’s was fantastic! He was responsive and even gave us a deal on ATV which is needed because his place is on a very steep hill. Place was clean, and the dipping pool was convenient when coming home after long hot days. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Santa Teresa!

An unforgettable stay in paradise! Our experience at this Airbnb in Santa Teresa/Mal País was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and perfectly nestled in nature — close enough to the beach and town to be convenient, but far enough to feel peaceful and private. The attention to detail in the home made it feel like a luxury retreat, from the comfortable beds to the fully equipped kitchen and relaxing outdoor areas. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of the jungle and sipping coffee while watching the wildlife. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great local recommendations that made our trip even better. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already dreaming about our next visit. Loved this airbnb and Eden was an amazing host!! The location is super ideal - central, walkable to everything, but tucked away enough that you don’t hear much noise from the street. As a solo traveler, i felt safe and secure in the airbnb, air conditioning was strong and the place was clean! Linens + beach towels provided which was nice and i could work from the airbnb with no problem. Highly recommend!

Ohana Villas was the perfect place to stay in Santa Teresa! The property is beautiful, it’s well maintained and clean. The pool and pool area is great! A perfect spot to cool off and relax. The owners are present on the property every day & the nicest people! They would check in on how our stay is going, if we needed anything and just to say hi. We were given clear instructions to access the property, a lengthy list of recommendations for food and some overall information. I would stay here again and recommend them to anyone looking for a place to stay in ST.

We absolutely loved our time at Mariposa cottage. The terrace view was amazing and we enjoyed the visitors we had while enjoying our morning coffee. Iguanas, birds, squirrels, and the sound of howler monkeys and cicadas. The cottage has tons of character and artistic flair and the outdoor shower was fantastic! Peter was a great host. Highly recommend Mariposa if you’re looking for something unique with a fabulous view of the ocean in a jungle like setting.

An excellent place, the house was beautiful, very spacious. Rolando is an excellent person, very attentive. I definitely recommend it for families and pets.

The place was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The pool was perfect when we didn’t want to walk to the beach. The kitchen was perfect. Thank you for everything and making our vacation perfect.
