This house in Fernandes is very comfortable and has everything you need for a restful vacation. Fernandes is a locality with many restored and beautiful houses and the population is very friendly and available for pleasant conversations.

Vila Velha was a perfect place for us! It was extremely clean and very well equipped with a very comfortable bed. it was very quiet and private, with a very nice front porch to sit out and have a glass of wine. It is centrally located, with a 5 to 10 minute walk to the castle and many restaurants. There was plenty of parking available. The house were extraordinarily responsive, getting back to us within minutes. They also had many recommendations for good restaurants. All in all a great place!.

If you are looking for a special house with character, history and charm, this is the place. The place is very secluded and quiet in a tiny village. The host is very friendly, we were nicely welcomed, the price is very fair. The house is equipped with everything you need and stays cool even in great heat. From the garden you can look out on fields and trees, it is absolutely quiet. I highly recommend and would come back anytime.
