Our apartment is on the second floor of a building that was completely renovated in 2024. It consists of a living room-kitchen, two large bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace/balcony to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings. The two bedrooms have access to the balcony, and the living room leads to the large terrace that gives the apartment an extra atmosphere and lets in a lot of light. We are a short walk from downtown Comillas and border Oyambre Natural Park.

A dream house in Cantabria on the Atlantic Ocean on a hill with wide views over Cobreces. Everything is bright and spacious, with associated park with terraces, loungers and armchairs, inside wooden floor and built-in wardrobes and original artwork. Many birds in the garden you can watch. You gave the house its name: "El Jardin de las Aves" A sandy beach is minutes away, there is homemade cheese and honey in the monastery shop. The Cantabrian mountains are a half-hour away.
