CAN PONÇ PARRA is a small family house, built approximately in 1920 in the historic center of Santanyí, Mallorca. Has the optimal conditions to be able to work remotely. The apartment consists of 75 m2, and has been refurbished in 2015. It is cozy and has a lot of charm. The owners have personally handled all the renovation and decoration, combining materials and furniture with the roots of our ancestors, recycling and the technologies of our time in harmony, respecting the environment.

This house is a project that began in 2005 and was completed in 2018. It was carried out in several periods but is now a project that has come to fruition. I am in love with Balearic architecture and this house is a sample of the traditional Mallorcan peasant house. It is decorated with antique furniture acquired in second-hand markets and some from my family. It is a house with lots of light, cozy where one feels well-being and peace in the middle of nature.
