L'appartement indépendant de 37m2 est situé en plein centre ville de Chagny, au 1er étage de notre habitation. Il dispose d'une chambre avec les draps, SDB avec serviettes, d'un salon avec un canapé, 3 ventilateurs de plafond, et des moustiquaires. La cuisine est équipée d'un four+micro ondes, frigo freezer, machine expresso. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité, le marché le dimanche matin à 90m, la gare à 200m, le restaurant Lameloise est à 120m, ainsi que d'autres restaurants.

It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.

In the heights of the village of Santenay and at the foot of Mont de Sène, we welcome you to our old 19th century winegrower's house where we provide you with a renovated and cozy outbuilding that will be perfect for your stay in Burgundy. A thermal and wine village on the Côte de Beaune, Santenay is surrounded by exceptional landscapes and there are many activities on site.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
