Kitchen : toaster, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, mini oven, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge freezer. No TV but a large library, board games, stereo with many CDs. Large sunny and furnished terrace of 60 m2 with tables and sun loungers overlooking the garden. Ready for bikes on request. Backpack for hikes. I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
