Wir hatten einen wunderschönen, unvergesslichen Urlaub in dieser tollen Wohnung. Dania und Ihr Vater haben die Abwicklung, Check In, Fragen und Hilfe vor Ort, Check Out, super organisiert. Sie haben uns herzlich empfangen und wir würden mit einem Begrüßungskorb mit Spezialitäten aus der Region begrüßt. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, sauber und großzügig. Die Lage, direkt am Strand, unbezahlbar… Vielen Dank für diese tolle Zeit! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

This house is a real gem. It is located right at the sea. There are stones in front of it but you can go swimming, if you want. On both sides approx. 5-10 min are very nice sandy beaches. The view is amazing and we had super nice sunsets. The house has everything you need and the kitchen is fully equipped. The decoration is maritime and quite cute. It was really peaceful and we had a great time. There are a couple of restaurants in the village as well as shops and even fish shop. We were there at the end of May. Many shops and restaurants were still closed but 20 min by car there is a bigger town where you have everything. We really enjoyed our stay. If you look for peace and quiet - book this lovely house! Highly recommended!

Nous avons été charmé par ce petit coin de paradis. Lit confortable, espace immaculé, fonctionnel pour cuisiner et parfait pour relaxer à l’extérieur. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité des vélos puisque le village est tout près. Andrea nous a fait d’excellentes suggestions pour les restaurants.

Séjour de 3 nuits effectué dans cet appartement. Les photos et description de l’annonce sont conformes à la réalité. Le logement est confortable et suffisamment grand. La décoration a du cachet et s’adapte bien au lieu. La localisation est idéale puisque à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Lecce et au cœur de la ville (nous n’avions pas de voiture). Rien à redire sur la propreté. Merci à Fabio de nous avoir donné toutes les instructions et pour avoir faciliter un early Check in. Deux petites remarques : prévoir peut-être un peu plus d’équipements dans la cuisine & un tancarville plus grand pour étendre le linge. Certains commentaires mentionnent les nuisances sonores, effectivement elles sont « notables » mais elles ne nous ont pas du tout gênées lors de notre séjour puisque assez lointaines et n’ont pas duré si tard. Belle adresse !

It was a great experience to be at this bnb. The place was neat and tidy. The hosts are very welcoming and generous. Would love to visit again.

Wonderful location in a lovely town. We could not fault this well appointed haven after travelling almost 30 hours from the bottom half of the world. Mario gave v good advice on car parking - a tricky issue we had anxiety about. The cream on the cake was the courtyard in the mild Spring sunshine. In the centre of things - but with the bonus of a private outdoor space. Some music from down in the street on a Friday night but really recommended without hesitation.

Vacanza splendida grazie ad un meraviglioso mare e uno splendido tempo ma sopratutto un plauso alla location messa a disposizione da Dimore , Fernanda che ci ha seguito fin dalla prenotazione si è dimostrata affidabile cordiale e propositiva ( ristorante consigliato da lei ottimo !!) la casa è spaziosa e con tutto quello e forse più si può desiderare in un alloggio , doccia esterna molto comoda . Vicino al paese e alle meravigliose spiagge , in macchina tutte raggiungibili in 10/15 min . La casa era in ordine , pulita e sorpresa molto gradita .. frigorifero con bevande fresche , melone e taralli come benvenuto . Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno .

The private loft apartment was well located and easy to find. There was no water in the fridge and there was no iron or ironing board initially. Jacopo provided his number for easier contact and provided an iron when I asked him for one. There were snacks and coffee pods provided. The apartment is beautifully decorated in Puglian style, the bathroom is small but well presented and the shower is good. The bed was very comfortable. The shutters were almost effective in keeping the morning light out, so if you like to sleep in, you will find it easy! The only downside really was that it’s quite loud when you’re climbing the stairs/moving around in the loft space so that can be annoying if someone is trying to sleep. But it’s in a great part of Lecce Old Town, and it felt very safe walking home each evening.

Die Unterkunft und Lage waren noch besser als wir es erwartet hatten. Der Pajare liegt neben Todds Haus auf einem riesigen Grundstück in leichter Hanglage, so dass man von der Terasse oder noch besser, vom Dach des Pajare das Meer sehen kann. Es ist ein ruhiges entspanntes Leben mitten in der Natur. Die Tiere (eine Katze, ein Gecko und viele Eidechsen) haben wir richtig lieb gewonnen. Wir hatten das Grundstück ganz für uns alleine, da Todd noch nicht da war. Aber er war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Vor Ort kümmert sich Michele um alles. Er hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt und uns einen Sonnenschirm für den Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Umgebung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Orte sind noch sehr authentisch. Der letzte Weg zum Grundstück ist nur ein schmaler Feldweg, wir waren zunächst unsicher, ob wir dort richtig sind. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Le logement proposé par Buena Onda était simplement parfait. La qualité des prestations a dépassé nos attentes et la villa était encore plus belle qu’en photos. L’intérieur de la maison est très bien décoré et offre beaucoup d’espace pour une famille, avec des parties bien séparées qui ont permis à notre fille de 11 ans d’avoir son propre espace. La maison est également très bien située et permet de visiter le sud des pouilles facilement en étant à la fois proche de Otrante, Lecce ou Gallipoli. Nous conseillons cette adresse sans hésiter à toutes familles ou amis désirant visiter la région et passer un moment agréable dans une maison en pleine nature.

es wurde ja schon viel geschrieben zu Giulianas Apartment. Deswegen möchte ich nur ein paar Dinge ergänzen, die evtl. bei der Entscheidung helfen können, ob dies das richtige Apartment ist. Ganz grundsätzlich ist es ein schönes Apartment, besonders der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bäumen ist wunderbar. Auch die Kommunikation mit Giuliana war hervorragend. Dinge, die beachtet werden sollten: - Das Apartment ist relativ schattig, im Sommer ein Vorteil, im Oktober eher zu dunkel, da auch die Terrasse im Schatten liegt. - Für zwei Personen ist das Apartment optimal, vier Personen sind eher ungünstig. Die Gästecouch mag für Kinder in Ordnung sein, für Erwachsene und für mehrere Tage nicht zu empfehlen, vor allem weil die Couch ein Durchgangszimmer ist. - Schade ist auch, dass es innerhalb des Apartments nur einen Bistrotisch gibt und keinen normalen, das ist der Größe des Apartments geschuldet und funktioniert auch für 4 Personen. Richtig gemütlich ist es allerdings nicht.

I booked this villa for my family for a mini trip and everything was perfect. Beautiful house, lovely location and Marco was an exceptional host. Extremely good value for money given the standard of the accommodation. Would absolutley have no hesitation in recommending Marcos place

Pobyt był bardzo miły, spędziliśmy dobrze czas. Idealne miejsce na odpoczynek w ciszy, domek zapewnia prywatność. Wszystko czyste, wiele udogodnień. Bardzo ładny taras i świetny basen. Blisko plaży (około 15 min na nogach). Polecamy serdecznie.

Wir waren zu zweit mit unserem Hund in Fabrizios Haus. Es war ideal, großes vollständig umzäuntes Grundstück. Sehr schöner gepflegter Pool. Ausreichend Sonnenliegen und großer Schirm. Grillmöglichkeit. Nahe zu Meer und auch zu vielen anderen interessanten Ort. Fabrizio ist ein ganz reizender und zuvorkommender Gastgeber

Sono stata in questo meraviglioso angolo di paradiso terrestre con i miei 4 cani. Giuseppe è stato molto disponibile nel fornire tutte le indicazioni e per qualsiasi necessità ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. la casa è ampia pulita e stupenda, super accessoriata. Lo spazio esterno molto bello con piscina doccia BBQ. Ho avuto il piacere di conoscere il papà di Giuseppe che lavorava nei terreni adiacenti la casa e ci ha offerto molto prodotti della terra oltre ad averci offerto la sua disponibilità per qualsiasi evenienza. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. I miei cani si sono divertiti a correre nell'ampio spazio esterno.

Wir verbrachten vier wundervolle Tage in der Unterkunft von Matteo. Der Check-in erfolgte durch seinen Vater, der uns den Schlüssel persönlich übergab und auch beim Check-out nochmals vorbeikam – sogar mit einem kleinen Gastgeschenk. Die Unterkunft entspricht genau den Fotos, und die Aussicht über das Meer ist einfach traumhaft. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, es hat wirklich alles, was man braucht. Matteo war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit schnell per SMS erreichbar. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen!

Perfect stay right near the beach that felt like home! This property has super comfortable beds, nice linens and many little things that made for a very relaxing stay. We thought we’d visit a number of the villages in the area, but found ourselves just wanting to relax at the house and on the local beaches instead. If we come back to the area, we are 100% staying here again. Also, although there are good restaurants in town, cooking was easy bc there’s a BBQ on the patio, lots of spices and pots/pans to cook with and plenty of plates/cups/glasses/etc. It’s a well stocked kitchen - much more so than many other places I’ve stayed. If you’re thinking about this place, stop looking at other options and book it. You won’t regret your decision. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

La maison est très bien située dans le centre historique de Matino. Le quartier est très calme. La maison est très bien équipée et on s’y sent très bien. La terrasse est super agréable. Et Chloé est toujours disponible. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Eine absolute Wohlfühl-Unterkunft – liebevoll, praktisch und direkt am Strand Die Unterkunft war mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet – wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir die Ausstattung: Es standen Strandstühle und Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung, sowie ein nagelneuer Grill. In der Küche gab es alles, was man für einen entspannten Start in den Tag braucht – inklusive einer Kapselmaschine mit zwei Sorten Kaffee (normal & koffeinarm) und sogar die klassische italienische Mokkakanne für echten Espresso-Genuss. Gianni war ein wunderbarer Gastgeber – herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar. Er hat uns mit einer Flasche Wein und traditionellem Gebäck begrüßt, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Zwischendurch hat er sich immer wieder erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist – sehr aufmerksam, aber nie aufdringlich. Die Lage ist traumhaft – nur ein paar Meter zu einem wunderschönen, weißen Sandstrand mit Beachbar und Liegestuhlverleih. Perfekt

Magnifique appartement. À cette saison cet Airbnb coche toutes les cases. C’est un vrai paradis. Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Impossible de manque le lever du soleil sur la mer. L’accès à la mer est un peu sportif et nécessite des chaussures appropriées, comme recommandées par Livia. Mais le plaisir est intense. La petite plage d’Acqua Viva un peu plus loin est fort prisée mais absolument fabuleuse. Les recommandations de restaurants alentours nous ont bien servi. Nous avons utilisé cette adresse pour rayonner dans tous le Salento. Les hôtes de l’appartement du dessous étaient charmants et calmes. Nous recommandons vivement.

The apartment was very clean. Really quite place no any direct neighbours, no common walls with anybody. Totally separated house. The owner ( Bella :):):):) )was very nice and flexible.

Adoro i posti con la vista mare dall’alto. Ho amato questo posto. Sopratutto la stanza al piano terra…. Da dove ho potuto ammirare tutte le mattine l’alba magica! Antonella è stata molto accogliente e sempre reattiva! L’unica pecca e non poter accedere al mare direttamente da lì. Sarebbe favoloso se potessero trovare un modo per farlo. Il posto è adatto per chi ama la tranquillità il vento e il rumore del mare! ❤️
