Holiday rentals with a patio in Santo Domingo Este

It's a lovely place, walking was very easy and close to explore the colonial area, even at night, it has everything mentioned in the publication and as an extra detail he left us some bottles of water in the refrigerator and coffee sachets, very rich by the way, the people are very friendly, in front of the accommodation they sell tasty barbecue, served by Eduard, (chaplain chef) a very friendly man, in case you return to the accommodation late and hungry🤭. In general everything was very good, thank you very much to the host. I would definitely come back.

Luis's apartment was the best I have stayed in while in Santo Domingo. The entire apartment was remodeled. The neighbors in the apartment complex are friendly. The apartment has great outside lighting and security cameras. The apartment has a private parking space inside the garage, and the garage is behind a gate. I felt very safe and relaxed my entire stay. I enjoy the convenience of the nearby corner store in pharmacy within 1 minute walking distance. everything Luis told me about the apartment was true and exceed my expectations. I was very impressed by all the 2 & 1/2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything I could think of and it made it very easy to save money by cooking some of my meals. internet was fast and the air conditioners were cold with individual remotes. I believe the price is the best value for staying in Santo Domingo. I love the place so much that I booked it for another month. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this apartment. Great Value.

Everything was great, 5 star across the board , the only thing was there were two buildings in the same area named the same thing so pay close attention to the address

Words can’t fully express the connection I felt with the host, the community, and this Airbnb. I stayed for 15 days, and from the moment I arrived, Michelle greeted me warmly and gave me a thorough tour of the space. The location is in a charming, well-established area of Santo Domingo with incredibly friendly neighbors. It’s easy to get around with Uber, and the neighborhood feels very safe. This Airbnb has the charm of a Washington, D.C. brownstone, complete with stunning rooftop views, a washer and dryer, an air fryer, and a reliable power backup to ensure uninterrupted TV and fast WiFi—perfect for remote workers. The water is consistently hot, and the AC keeps the space comfortably cool. Michelle and her support team were always available and eager to help. One of the best features is the secure remote access system, providing both privacy and controlled guest entry. Overall, this was an exceptional stay, and I highly recommend it!

Very good place for events and family gatherings. The host is very attentive, helpful and accommodating, he never said no. The house is large and has a large marquee that you can use for events, it is very beautiful and luxurious, the picnic area is very nice. I will definitely rent again for a future stay.

anauris house was perfect for my 5 day getaway , quite area house was very nice alot of space ,very clean , she answered quick anytime I needed anything. pictures didn't do it justice it was way better in person . over all very good experience def would rent again when I head back home..

Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!

Master bathroom little small, living room couch uncomfortable. Crib a picture out of IKEA catalogue 😆. Condo was cool if you got problems parking in small spaces you better get over it before you rent the spot.🤦🏾‍♂️ watching my girl back up

Harold was a great communicator! The apartment was in pristine condition & in a great neighborhood.

The place was great as many reviews already say, but there are two things I appreciated in particular - one, that this condo was slightly outside the colonial district in a safe neighborhood that isn’t just curated for tourists. There are men playing dominos in the streets, families sitting outside in the evenings who will greet you kindly, and good places to eat all around. Two, that Stephanie was such a good host. We had a minor issue with one toilet and she had a plumber at the house in under an hour. She’s kind, welcoming, and highly communicative. This was a great stay.

As always, fast and effective communication, very friendly building staff and a cozy space.
