We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life much easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator during the night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

My stay at Daniel's apartment in Santos, SP, was simply amazing! The space is very well equipped and clean, providing all the comfort that my family and I expected. The location is excellent, close to the beach and several amenities, the view is fantastic. Daniel was a kind and attentive host, always available to answer any questions. Wonderful place, all the necessary items available, organized, clean and beautiful decoration, super quiet check-in, easy access to delivery, Cíntia is always very helpful, responds quickly and clearly. The second-floor room gave us the feeling of being in another environment, something like a cabin/chalet. We love the space and want to return soon. The only addendum is regarding the privacy of the jacuzzi, it would be interesting if there was a way to make it more private when it is a guest option, but nothing that disqualifies the space. A 10, especially since I was asked to date in this wonderful place. 🥰

The house is beautiful, just like in the photos, I felt at home. Everything was clean and organized for my arrival. The house is very equipped, it has everything we need. The location is great and you can walk to the beach, which is beautiful and very quiet. Sonia is very attentive and helpful, responds to messages and gives excellent instructions, I will definitely return.

The stay at Guilherme's house was excellent! The house is exactly as in the photos: very comfortable, well equipped and impeccably clean. In addition, the condominium where it is located is a great differential. It has a market, bar, restaurant, gym and several leisure options, as well as direct access to the beach, with service included — which makes the experience even more practical and enjoyable. Access to both the condominium and the house was simple and quiet. Guilherme was always very attentive and quick to respond, which made us even more comfortable throughout the stay. I highly recommend the house for those who want to enjoy the coast of SP with comfort and practicality.

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The house is simply amazing, super clean, organized, comes complete, total comfort for us, we went in five people, super quiet, the access to the beach is easy, the average of 15 min walking straight on the avenue. Quiet beach, at night an incredible view, we took a lot of time, the doubts we had communicated to Demétrio, and he responded quickly, we will return with certainty.

The house that I saw on Airbnb and that we loved from the first moment was even more beautiful in person. All the perfect details, the impeccable towels, the sheets, the appliances, the pool, every corner of the garden or the house invited you to enjoy them. The tableware is more than complete and beautiful, everything has been a real pleasure and I recommend that you do not hesitate. Peggy and Fernando, who received us, were super attentive and helpful. We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on the Avenue. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

The apartment is great! Cozy, very organized and with an ideal spa to relax. We arrived easily at the place and checked in without any problems. We'll be back for sure!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
