We had a wonderful stay at Juan Carlos' and Nina's place! Great location and the apt was very cute and clean. The rooftop terrace had amazing views and we could walk to everything. Perfect space for two, and three or four can also fit. We would definitely stay here again!

Good place, just what I needed as I was travelling by myself but also perfect for couples. Quite safe as well. Had everything you would need. Brilliant view. Polanou is probably the best neighbourhood in the city for life, cafes, restaurants and few tourists and prices not over the top, plus you can get anywhere by bus tram or metro in 15 min max.

What a lovely apartment. We slept well in a large, comfortable bed. The nights were quiet and peaceful in a lovely area, Vilassar de Mar. Easy to get in touch with the host during the time we stayed there. Close to food and swimming. Nice patio with sun in the middle of the day and plants around the walls. We felt like we were at home, but we were on vacation.

Very comfortable place. Everything u need is there. Also they have AC, which we love. The stairs isnt long, Not in a way would discourage me to get this place if thats what youre worried about. Location is a bit far off the centre, but u can obviously make the travel (pretty easy).

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona, and Sandra was an exceptional host. From the time we booked, she was communicative and shared a detailed, professional guide highlighting restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, must-see sights, and a suggested itinerary—super helpful for first-time visitors. She welcomed us warmly with treats, was flexible with check-in and checkout, and checked in during our trip to ensure everything was going well. Since we stayed a while, she even offered a mid-stay cleaning. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with towels, shampoo, and body wash etc. The three bedrooms and two full bathrooms made it perfect for our group of five. The private back terrace was a peaceful retreat and a true highlight of the home. The location in Eixample was ideal—just a short walk to Casa Milà, Plaça de Catalunya, and La Rambla—with multiple nearby metro stops. Would definitely stay again! Thank you, Sandra!

Absolutely beautiful and clean space like a hotel. Luxury bedding, towels and beds. Rooms and kitchens are smaller, but it's enough to sleep in. New, modern amenities, be scented, nice entrance to the house, 3 floor without elevator. Definitely recommend. The host is very welcoming, active, responding right away.

Everything as promised and better! Our stay at this home was excellent from start to finish. Everything exactly matched the listing description: clean, well equipped, comfortable, and in a great location. Communication with the host was quick, clear, and friendly at all times. The apartment was spotless on our arrival, with every thoughtful detail: from bed linen to kitchen utensils. Also, it was noticeable that they think about guest comfort. The best thing is that there were no unpleasant surprises, everything was just as we expected (or even better!), which is greatly appreciated when one travels. It was such a good experience that we would definitely book this place again in the future. 100% recommended!

We had a fantastic week-long stay as a group of five adults who were venturing back and forth to Barcelona. The property was beautiful, super clean, and peaceful - perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space both indoors and out. The pool is fantastic, and the surrounding area is stunning with some nice restaurants, a lovely beach, etc. The hosts were amazing, very welcoming and generous - they even left us local bread and wine on arrival! They struck the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful whenever we needed anything, while also giving us privacy. All five of us agreed that we would recommend the place to anyone looking for a tranquil getaway with easy access to local sights, as well as to Barcelona. We’d love to go back!

Thanks again for this stay, quality accommodation with a cleanliness never seen for an Airbnb. A tortilla is left in the fridge on arrival as well as some basic products. A breathtaking view. Thank you again!

I stayed here in a group of 8 friends. We loved our stay. The noise detector for night hours seems reasonable as the home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. It’s a 60 minute cab ride to downtown during rush hour but only a 20 minute cab ride to downtown during quieter hours. Transit is very easy from this home and takes less than an hour for most locations. The neighbourhood around the Airbnb has a lot of restaurants and the food quality is better than the touristy areas of Barcelona. There is also very nice outdoor spaces in this home. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable :)

I travel a lot and stay in a lot of places round the world. But Xavier’s place is definitely one of the best I and my family stayed at. The photos are brilliant, but the actual home is A+ and every time I’m in Barcelona, I will definitely go back there. For families, it’s just amazing! It’s hard to write a review for what the experience actually is…….just go see for yourself. ❤️

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location with a huge patio to enjoy. Central and walking distance to cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. great communication. The only suggestion I would make is to have some fans in the rooms as it could get hot if you don't leave all the bedroom doors open at night. The internet does not work in the back 2 rooms at the front of the house due to distance from the modem. Other than that we enjoyed our stay in Barcelona and love what Barcelona had to offer!

Fantastic location, right across from the beach and close to plenty of great restaurants and activities. The beach itself is beautiful and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped, and everything worked as expected. Check-in was smooth and easy with a self check-in link, which was very convenient. Jane was a wonderful host—proactive, responsive, and always ready with helpful suggestions. Communication was excellent throughout. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort to make the stay comfortable. I’d gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Castelldefels. My 5 day stay in Barcelona could not have been better and this is largely due to this beautiful Air B&B. The views are amazing! Sitting out on the patio for sunrises and sunsets was a daily joy. It is easy to get everywhere from Martin’s place and it is relatively quiet. Both Martin’s were very responsive and kind. I would most definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The location is extremely convenient if you’re using the metro, it’s right next to the station. While there aren’t many tourist attractions within walking distance, the apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the TV setup :) we were able to catch a few soccer games, which added a fun touch to our evenings! Communication was excellent; our host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. Overall, a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

We stayed for a festival and loved staying at Raul and Marta’s place. Cosy flat with great amenities. Hosts were very responsive and flexible as our flight was slightly delayed. We loved how close it was to the metro and found some lovely bars and food stops nearby. Thank you both for a lovely stay!

Sofia is an excellent host , I’d and caring very reactive and available, the apartment is wonderful clean . I enjoyed Barcelona me and my son. We recommend this apartment to families and single tourists. For girls and women travelling alone for the first time to Barcelona the train station is 5 minutes walk from this apartment. We will comeback again

We had a lovely stay here. The flat is on the top floor, with a nice view of the Les Tres Xemeneies. We found it to be true to the pictures and description, very close to metro & bus station. The hosts communicated very nicely, proactively and timely. Definitely recommend!
