Andrew and Patrícia are excellent hosts, always very worried if everything was in order, and careful with the maintenance and cleanliness of the place. The room is fully independent, with its own bathroom, shower and kitchen, giving plenty of freedom in everyday life.

I highly recommend both Leonardo and his apartment! Leonardo is very easy to communicate with, always quick to reply, and helpful with any needs that may come up. The apartment feels like home. It’s clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with kitchen utensils, bedding, and towels. The neighbors are kind, the building is safe and secure, and the security staff are extremely friendly. The neighborhood is quiet yet close to the center and public transportation. The D'avò supermarket is just a few minutes walk away. After staying for over two months, I can say I strongly recommend this apartment to anyone!

I had a great stay at this studio! Everything was as described, clean, and comfortable. What really stood out was the host and co-host, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond to any questions. The location was also excellent, offering both privacy and convenience. I truly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and how easy everything was. Highly recommended! I like to stay with them again.
