Best home we've ever stayed in! Wonderful house, with attention to every detail. Very quiet place and in contact with nature. We took our little dog, who also enjoyed it and even made friends with the owners' little dog. Eduardo also made great recommendations for shops and restaurants in the area.

Second time when my family and I stayed at Daniela's house. Charming place. On the edge of the sea, the noise of the waves, the pleasant balcony integrated with the living room, the private beach where you can swim, ride sup or simply contemplate the sunset. It was another perfect family weekend!

Sergio is a wonderful host—very kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions. The stay was extremely comfortable, as the house had absolutely everything one might need. The location is fantastic, although it might be a bit challenging for those who aren’t physically prepared—but it’s still quite accessible. We were recently with my Family, and when we arrived at the Barrio in principle, and its surroundings were surprised by the high standard, Order, Security and the view of the surroundings. We were greeted by ANA with all kindness and warmth, a place of Film, Nature, with an ocean view, and directly connected to the beach from the House, and the best sunset is contemplated. You love the house, it catches you, with unique details you don't want to go. Thank you EDNA, we will be back and IF HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Location is great in a highly secure building. Pool and gym were nice and sufficient. WiFi works very very well and the apartment is well equipped. Tatiana was a great host who always responded quickly. She also provided great recommendations for activities in the city. I would stay here again.

I was in town for a work conference and was very happy I chose to stay a little farther away from town at Karol's place. The beach is just a few hundred meters away (you can walk their without shoes) and the place was super comfortable.

Apartment well located, spacious and complete. Infra building structure very good and having beach service makes it easy for you to come from far away.

Our stay in Floripa was amazing in this apartment! Very comfortable and cozy! My next trip for sure I will return to the same place! I only note that the jacuzzi is not heated and has no observation in the description of the apt, as we were not in the summer, it was something that bothered because it is the biggest attraction of the apartment that was of no use.

Gênio is very good people!!!left a beer ,bananas (which we share with the marmosis hehehe ,unpayable to wake up and see them )water in the fridge...details and kindness that make a difference....including the Phebo soap that perfumes the entire bathroom !! Place of peace and nature .Recomendo !

Simply perfect! Morada dos Pinheiros is that refuge that recharges the soul. The cottage is exactly as in the photos, cozy, charming, combining the rustic with the modern, and with a view that calms any heart, making every penny count. Sleep and wake up to the sound of the lake, surrounded by nature and cute animals. Everything is impeccable, clean, equipped, with a fireplace, a warm bathtub and every detail designed to offer comfort and connection with nature. Helen was attentive in sending all the necessary information, always available. Definitely a place to come back to many, many times! 🥰

Cleonice's husband, Samir, was the one who attended to us, always available and very helpful, gave us all the instructions on how to get there and was waiting for us on the road for further instructions on access. He showed us the accommodations, whenever I needed him, he answered and attended to us quickly. The cabin is beautiful and cozy, perfect for a couple. The place and the view are breathtaking. Everything was great!

exactly like the pictures. the view is breathtaking and the place is quiet and peaceful. we loved so much that we extended our stay. Jordan was very attentive and helpful and we appreciate that. the Chalé has everything we could probably need and it is so cozy and beautiful. the bed didn't fit 2 people but the couch. web and hammock helped with it lol easily. the way to the chalé is easy to find and walkable, around 5 minutes from the villa. we can't wait to come back and we definitely recommend it.
