great value for money! Very beautiful and very clean! The location is excellent, we did everything on foot, we didn't use the car for anything! We only had a little difficulty finding a parking space for the car when we arrived on Friday!We left the car about 3 blocks away from the building, but at night we managed to bring the car and put it in front of the building! We love everything and when we return to São Lourenço, we will certainly stay here again!

The house is ideal for 1 couple, access is easy even with a 1.0 car. A very private and quiet place, surrounded by nature for you to spend days of relaxation and rest. A house that reminds us of Grandma's house, a very clean place, very large, a very hot shower, hot water in the kitchen sink, clean bed linen, close to the center - 7 to 10 minutes walk we are in the center, the house is on the street of the best bakery in São Lourenço. I will return and recommend it with my eyes closed.

The amphitrões are a love, always attentive. We received coffee and muffin, and presented the house. Tb did not stay longer than necessary, soon leaving us at ease. The clean, spacious and organized house. With all the necessary items available and even items that we do not usually see available (airfryer, orange juicer, etc.). Near the center and the water park, the main attraction of the city. The only not very positive point is that the bathroom on the 1st floor is outside, and as my son and I need to be underneath for being a wheelchair person, getting up from bed at dawn and having to open the door,and going out in the cold to use the bathroom was quite complicated, since there was no way to go up the stairs with him to go to the top, in addition, in this bath there is no box, which makes it much cooler to take a shower and then go out and get cold. The entrance to the kitchen ends up being better for the chair but still has steps it is necessary 2 people to climb the wheelchair.

Grata for the stay, amazing condominium, wonderful and receptive gatekeepers, Léo porter kind and attentive. Chuveiro delícia, host left coffee capsules three hearts, and chocolate on arrival. There were covers, sheets, pillows, all very clean. Myself and my family will definitely be back. There is space for children, field to play ball, and volleyball court with net, I loved everything, my suggestion is to replace the single beds with a double and a bunk bed. I'll be back soon if God willing.
