La casa si compone di zona giorno al piano superiore, con terrazza vista mare, e zona notte con due camere e due bagni al piano inferiore. Casa Melograno is a three-story house with a charming small garden. The ground floor features a spacious kitchen, while the first floor includes a living room (which can also serve as a bedroom) and a bathroom. The bedroom on the second floor is accessible by a ladder. Casa Melograno has been tastefully renovated by us. Please note, it is not suitable for young children under 6 years old due to the lack of a banister on the stairs and the ladder leading to the top-floor bedroom.

Appartamento situato in collina nella località di Torre del Pozzo, si gode di una stupenda vista sul mare, si apprezza la tranquillità e il profumo della macchia mediterranea. Le spiagge più vicine distano pochi minuti di macchina e la città principale, Oristano, è a 20 minuti. Nella zona ci sono bar, tabacchi, pizzerie e ristoranti tipici, due piccoli market e una gelateria. Nel vicino paese di Riola Sardo si trova un supermercato, la banca, la farmacia e altri servizi.

From the terrace you can enjoy the sea during meals or a good aperitif!! The bay of Santa Caterina is a nice surf spot .
