My house, located in Son Espanyolet, is a 20-minute walk from the picturesque neighborhood of Santa Catalina, 20 minutes from the center, and 25 minutes from the cathedral. Just below my apartment, there is a bus stop that goes directly to the center. In addition, the neighborhood has all the amenities: supermarkets, pharmacy, bakeries, restaurants, etc... Views of Bellver Castle on the mountain to the sea and a part of the harbor. The room has Climalit window
