Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sarpy County

We had a great week with our friends from out of state that had heard about Omaha's zoo. Nothing better than getting home from a day at the zoo than getting in the pool! The kids had a great time. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at Gretna Acreage was excellent. Having the large kitchen and dining space, with extra chairs for the table, we had plenty of room to get everyone around the table. With 7 adults and 5 children, we were grateful to have the comfort and space to spread out in the living room, while the kids played in the piano room. We especially enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and such serenity in the backyard, it was great to let the kids roam. But most importantly Jacy was a perfect host. We had a couple minor hiccups upon arrival, but Jacy was very responsive, receptive and accommodating. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Excellent home to stay a few days. The house has everything you need in a quaint and cozy place. Kim was a wonderful host.

This really was a great space for a laid back retreat from the fun and sun of the College World Series. A short distance from Charles Schwab Field and Downtown whether you have a car or are using a rideshare, it worked well. Clean and plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood setting felt like home away from home. Shelby and Joseph were great, thoughtful hosts. Super responsive and helpful. They even had custom cookies made for our crew staying there, supporting the team we were rooting for! Nice touch and very thoughtful. We will be back.

We were very comfortable and felt right at home! Beds were comfy and everything was fresh and clean. Great kitchen area and two separate living rooms areas with TVs. Highly recommend this house!

This place was great for my friends and me visiting for the College World Series! It is about a 30 minute drive to the ballpark, but if you’re looking for a place for your group to all stay together and have a great time, this is a fantastic option.

Traveled to the Omaha area for a baseball tournament. Lorie’s place was so comfortable and inviting. She had everything we needed. The location is peaceful and by many walking trails. It was 100+degrees when we were visiting and the AC was cold! What a wonderful stay we had!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this vacation home, and it was perfect for our large group with kids! The house was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The kids loved the dedicated play area and bunk beds, while the adults appreciated the modern amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and cozy living spaces for group gatherings. The location couldn’t have been better—everything we needed was just a short walk or drive away, from restaurants and shops to family-friendly attractions. The host was fantastic, quick to respond, and provided great local recommendations that made our trip even more memorable. This home truly made our family vacation seamless and unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Highly recommend for big groups traveling with children!

The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. We loved the privacy the basement entry provided. Everything was very convenient. The kitchen had everything needed to cook full meals. We were able to leave without any dirty laundry thanks to the washer/dryer. The two smart TVs functioned perfectly. 10/10

This was the perfect place for us to spend the night between our basketball games. Spacious, clean and cozy! Denise was very friendly and helpful! It had everything we needed for a night in. Netflix and chill! She even made it a point to come introduce herself when we were leaving the next morning! If we are ever in the area again, we will stay here. Thanks Denise!

Perfect stay for me! Not too far off hwy, quiet home, lovely apt and spot-on for all needs! Welcoming apt and hosts, dark/quiet bedroom with great bed for a challenged sleeper! Definitely a great find that I will revisit if travel takes me there! Thank you!

Amazing place!! The condo was perfect for me and my teens. It was SUPER Clean, very beautiful and modern. Very spacious and my kids loved it! I loved the bedroom and the fancy lighting. Only two things that were more so a personal preference I wish the water would stay warmer longer. I’m a woman and thick and I love my showers and within 10mins it was cold.. my daughter complained also.. other than that it was great, again a personal preference. THANK YOU BOTH! Very quick to communicate and very helpful! Highly recommend this place and host.

We had a great night here! After a long day of traveling, Travis’ place was a great place to rest. We loved how clean the place was and how helpful Travis was on directions. The bed was super comfy, and I am very appreciative of the extra steps Travis takes for his guests such as having disposable toothbrushes, razors, combs.. Especially as someone who tends to often forget things at home! My only wish was that it wasn’t so loud especially at night, but that’s not something Travis can fix due to being right next to a big road. I am a light sleeper and even with the sound machines and fan on loud I still heard the city noises. Despite that, I am still super happy with our stay and would love to stay again if we come through the city another time!

I’ve never stayed at another air b&b where the host was truly the most accommodating and kind and thoughtful. The place has everything you need and more. Perfect place to go if you have kids or going to a World Series game. And there are lots of snacks and goodies upon your arrival which are so nice if you’ve been traveling all day. My son loved these Asian candies and she even sent me the link where we can buy them. The condo is so spacious and clean and beds are comfortable even the couches. For the price and location this place is an absolute steal! If you’re looking to stay in Omaha this is a gem!

The place was very clean and beautiful. We loved the area and that we could get to nice restaurants at walking distance. Trish was very nice and available, we would definitely stay again.

We come to town every year as vendors for an event. This was so much better than a hotel. Thank you!

Location was great and the place looked as described. Whitney was friendly and responsive. Oh, and the large TV in the living room was a big hit! Good value for the cost.

Bassel was very nice and answered all questions in less than 24 hrs. The place was very clean and they had everything you needed and more. The games they had were a nice touch. All the go to places in Omaha is 15 to 20 minutes walk including the old market and a lot of restaurants. The next time I am in Omaha I will be staying with Bassel.

We enjoyed our stay immensely! I loved the condo and felt right at home immediately. Everything was pristine. I loved that we were walking distance from so many amazing restaurants and pubs. This is one of my fav neighborhoods in Omaha. Mason and Lauren were so responsive and it was so appreciated. Especially because we booked this the day before arriving. I highly recommend this place and know we will visit again when we are back in Omaha. Thanks again Mason and Lauren!
