The suite is composed of a living room with a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Besides the suite there is an intimate and quiet well-known restaurant, a small museum of rural culture and a vinegar factory (open to visitors) of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. For suite guests, visits and tastings of vinegars are free. The building is on the main road of a green and very quiet town, close to Maranello (7 minutes). The suite in our newly restored mill and an exclusive gated parking for two cars directly controllable from the suite. The suite has a large sofa bed, heating, two modern and quiet air conditioners (one for the dining room and one for the bedroom), fully automated Velux windows, satellite television, refrigerator and a large professional illy coffee machine.
“Giorgio is truly a super host. Always very helpful, sociable, kind and welcoming, he helped make our stay in this wonderful suite wonderful. The mill is very characteristic: The whole structure is made of stone and wood, thus giving a very ancient and comfortable aspect to the environment. Super equipped and however "content" furnished in order to have a lot of space without missing anything that defines such a "home". Surprised to find the presence of glasses for every type of drink made with excellent material and also having a beautiful aesthetic, in addition to extensive cutlery and a complete dish service and composed of many elements also of excellent quality and various tools for cooking . The presence of a very efficient hood is very welcome. King size bed and very comfortable in a suggestive and romantic bedroom. Very happy to find hard-to-find antiques that help increase the vintage charm of this place. Very spacious and clean bathroom (like all the other rooms), with window overlooking the private parking and the road that crosses the town. Overall the Suite is beautiful and we were surprised at what we got once we entered. Private entrance, alarm system, powerful Wi-Fi, heating throughout the suite, silent air conditioners, spacious fridge. The only flaw is the slightly undersized table and kitchenette. Unfortunately short stay but still beautiful, I highly recommend the experience. A nice 10 to the suite and to Giorgio.”
“It’s e real peace of paradise. Annaliza and Claudio do everything for make their guests to feel good. Claudio offered us a wonderful local aperitif with very refreshing rose lambrusco from his vineyard, parmesan and well aged balsamic vinegar of his own production. Mmmmm! We visited his vinegar factory and he kindly showed and told us in details how it worked. We saw, learned and tasted so much! « People are loosing their capacity to feel and to taste deeply », - says Claudio. We agree with him and we are so greateful to this wonderful family for those deep feelings and tastes that you discover in their paradise. Thank you!”
Unforgettable stay in a Medieval Towerhouse of the 17th century located in the old village surrounded by green rolling hills, vineyards and wheat, streams flowing, giving the feeling of a fable .L'alloggio is located in the ancient medieval village Valley (Serramazzoni) to 15 min from Maranello and 30 min from Modena
“If you are looking for peace and a bit away from the hustle and bustle, but also want to visit the nearby cities or hiking in the mountains, is right here in the Tower House. The house is beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated, and has a good kitchen to cook for yourself. The bell tower of the church next door did not really bother me at all - if you can integrate the sound of the bells you will not notice it anymore. The place Valle, is small and quiet, a place to relax. It has all around a hiking network, which, however, sometimes leads over Hartbelag, even on main roads and the nature trails can be overgrown, so you have to look for the way. To get to the Apennines, you drive at least 1 1/2 hours - the area in the mountains is beautiful. Karina is a very warm and hospitable person! Always respond quickly to all questions - I felt wonderfully looked after by her. She took me to a winemaker on the first day to taste wine, which was a very nice experience for me, as this wine comes straight from this region and is very good. An encounter with much warmth!”
