The house is located on the edge of the Tuffé body of water (fishing, supervised swimming in July and August, as well as navigation allowed). Tuffé is located in the heart of Perche Sarthois, 35 minutes from Le Mans and its legendary 24h circuit, 1 hour from the Flèche and its media zoo. The nearest motorway exit is 5 minutes away.

Il est équipé d'une cuisine aménagée , d'un salon avec un canapé trois places, de deux poufs et d'un écran plat connecté de 55 pouces, une salle de douche et un WC indépendant. A l’étage, les pièces desservies sont deux chambres équipées d'un lit de 140*200 chacune, et d'un coin nuit aménagé d'un lit de 80*200 .

The outdoor terrace and the waterfront give you a soothing and unique setting! The entire place is all-inclusive! (sheets, towels etc. Nothing to provide everything is provided) You can also take a boat ride, play darts, pétanque etc.. or just enjoy the idyllic setting.
