The house is exclusively available to guests, with the exception of a room, which can be used upon request. The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

Apartment located in the center on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Nearby we find restaurants, clubs, pharmacies, tobacconists and grocery stores. A few minutes' walk to Corso Garibaldi and various museums including the house of Nobel Prize winner Grazia Deledda. The apartment is equipped with various amenities such as a dishwasher, coffee maker, air conditioners, flat-screen TV, hairdryer, towels and bed sheets. Daily cleaning service is available upon request with surcharge.

In certain seasons the sauna and the yoga shala across the street will be open and available with extra costs. The street side access is easy. You probably will want to rent a car to explore the surroundings. The village has a few little shops and the supermarket is 6 km further. Lots of nature, walking routes and interesting places to visit are around.
