New wooden house in the village of Ile d'Arz, rue Michel Boitard, ideally located 500 m from the Penera slipway to the east, 400 m from the coastal path to the west and 900 m from the beach of Brouel to the south. On the ground floor, a 35 m² living room overlooks a 30 m² terrace and its south-facing garden (fully equipped kitchen, living area with wood stove, toilet). Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a toilet and a dormitory attic.

L'ESCALE: Apartment overlooking the Gulf of Morbihan

The house has direct access to the Gulf of Morbihan with a small almost private beach at the bottom of the garden. The infinity pool with stunning views of the Gulf gives the illusion of swimming in the Gulf... except that the temperature is warmer because it is heated to 25°C.
