Pour les amoureux d'architecture contemporaine, 'Ar Ti Du' (la 'maison noire' en breton) est une longère en bois revisitée, avec jardin, en presqu'île de Rhuys, dessinée et réalisée par l'atelier d'architecture Arcau en 2016. Située dans un domaine résidentiel, elle bénéficie d'une vue océan et d'un accès à la plage à pieds à 5min. Propriété d'une très ancienne famille de Rhuys, vous pourrez profiter de conseils avisés pour découvrir des lieux plus secrets de ce ravissant coin de Bretagne.

Notre gîte “Bleu Vert” entre Golfe et Océan est situé en plein centre de Sarzeau Bourg , commerces et marché à 2 pas, sentier du Golfe à 300 m. Les plages de l'océan sont à 4 km. En couple ou avec deux enfants, cette construction neuve de plain pieds vous séduira assurément . L’espace extérieur comprend une terrasse orientée à l’ouest avec salon de jardin, le tout ouvert sur le jardin paysagé des propriétaires. La piscine, chauffée de Mai à Septembre, sépare les deux habitations.
