Here you will immediately feel comfortable and at home! Really a totally tasteful and modern furnished apartment with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea and enough space to have breakfast and hang laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of the harbor and beach. There are even two TVs with their own Netflix account, which you can use for free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need - even a new bottle of good olive oil was available. The bed is 1.40 m tall, which could be a little wider for our taste, but that's a high-level complaint. We were enormously grateful for the mosquito nets on all windows as well as the blackout options in the bedroom. We felt completely comfortable and were able to reach Michaela quickly at any time with questions. We will definitely recommend the apartment to friends and family! We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

We had a lovely stay at Francesco’s. The hosts were all very attentive and quick with communication. They truly thought of everything with this suite!! And we loved meeting Sam 😊

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

We spent two nights at this property. We especially liked that many things are within walking distance - even at the end of October. Unfortunately, it was rainy, so we were never in the lounge or garden. Very close to the sea! In the small kitchen, we found almost everything. Nicola helped us with the olive oil😊. The property is very small and compact, but impresses with its perfect central location (playground, restaurants, stand - everything within walking distance). We were 2 adults and a toddler, and found it just sufficient in terms of space. Check-in and communication were great and straightforward. We recommend the apartment due to the central location and would be happy to come back!

Location was amazing! We could walk a little path to the beach from behind the property. Our children loved playing soccer in the backyard and husband enjoyed the bbq grill. The smell of the jasmine was so heavenly! We highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and they waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the moment we arrived until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I would give it 10 stars, although I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! Angela has been super attentive to us. As soon as we arrived, he greeted us with his niece who could speak Spanish perfectly, which we appreciated very much. The apartment is small but very useful. It is in a super quiet area and well located to be able to visit many spectacular beaches. We had a problem with the television antenna and both Angela and Antonio tried to do everything possible to solve it. We had a very good family stay. We would definitely recommend it.

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Maria is an enthusiastic host. She is flexible, communicative and gave good tips. The apartment is super located. Close to shopping street, harbor, beach, restaurants and bars. It is recommended to visit the beautiful area around Caletta from here.

The apartment is located in a spacious and very well-maintained property vacation complex. Some of Sardinia's best beaches are nearby. We liked Cala Brandinchi and Lu Impostu best. But Cala Suaraccia overlooking Tavolara is also very nice. All were easily accessible on foot. The whole area is stunning and we were glad to have a fixed starting point. At the beginning of October, it is very quiet here. There was hardly anyone there. Nice for us, that was very relaxing. On the other hand, however, the mini-markets close and only a few restaurants were open. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes away by car, so we bought groceries for the entire stay. The apartment itself impresses with the large balcony and gives a small family enough space. Internet was very good and we could easily watch movies via the Firestick we brought with us. Communication with Manuela was very friendly and helpful throughout.

we had a wonderful stay. The apartment is furnished with love and really something special. It is right next to a park and a sweet stone bay right on the sea. In the evening you can enjoy the last rays of sunshine of the day and sit in the outside area. the only disadvantage (the landlady can't do anything about it) was daily heavy construction noise from the village, which also did not rest Easter and Sundays.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Francesco was a wonderful person, very helpful, very polite and very discreet, very friendly person who will welcome us, he will take you around the country showing you, the local shops will show you the most beautiful beaches, remaining very discreet, although he lives on the upper floor of the accommodation, in case of need he will be ready to help you.. Always.. Small, but very clean accommodation, 20 Mt from the sea, in front of the village square in which you will find a wide choice of excellent restaurants, in some of these you will even be given a discount going on his behalf as he is a person known in the country.. Francesco was an exquisite person... Experience to try and then repeat... The morning coffee taken in front of the sea is not priceless.. In case of need, you will be always ready and polite who will be able to indicate other places to visit... Accommodation also equipped with air conditioning... in addition to a host... You will find a friend...
