The 18th century Villa di Geggiano, surrounded by vineyards and lovingly cared gardens, is located in the Chianti area near Siena, one of the most beautiful regions of Italy which will provide an idyllic and enchanting backdrop to your vacation. Our guesthouse is located in one of the garden pavilions of the villa.

Villa Cantucci

Traditional architecture blends with modern amenities in this charming 18th century stone villa. Nestled on a quiet hillside just below Volterra, the villa offers a private infinity pool (5m x 10m) equipped with sun loungers and umbrella. There is a large, covered terrace with a comfortable sitting area and dining table to enjoy the panoramic views of the Tuscan hills. Stepping inside, the villa feels sophisticated while maintaining its rustic charm and provides a delightful place to relax.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

The wonder of this place is enriched by a big garden, with its swimming pool, the cypresses alleys and the olive trees. The village is also a magic place well preserved and still alive. I Melograni del Chianti - Barn apartment

The Fienile apartment is a gem for couples looking for romance and privacy. It is located at the back of the Melograni building and therefore enjoys peace and quiet, with no one on the upper floor. In addition to the living room with a kitchenette, a large double bedroom and a spacious bathroom with a shower, it also offers a small private garden to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors. In the case of babies, we can add a camping bed in the room - 5.00 euros per night
