At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Récemment construite dans un style ancien avec des matériaux nobles, cette maison possède tous les codes d'une confortable suite de luxe pour 2 personnes. Nichées dans les arbres, les pièces de vie à l'étage de cette maison ont une vue imprenable sur la belle campagne normande. C'est un endroit merveilleux pour profiter d'un bon livre avec un verre de vin près de la cheminée et pour apprécier l'exceptionnel par la lumière. Du bois pour la cheminée est disponible en hiver!
