Fully equipped kitchen, 65-inch smart TV, and free WiFi provide comfort. Parking included. Perfect starting point for nature, recreation and excursions in Ausseerland. Note!! The sleeping option for the 5th person is more of an emergency solution, 5 it becomes very tight in the apartment.

The quiet apartment is on the first floor and has a size of 34 m². The balcony offers another 7 m² and is equipped with sliding glass elements. These can be easily moved and offer a fantastic view of the Hoher Sarstein and the passing Traun. Free parking with a barrier system is also available. The center of Bad Aussee is within walking distance of a few minutes, and various shops are in the immediate vicinity.

Our stylish and luxurious alpine chalet is located at 1400 m above sea level. Enjoy the 80 m² terrace with panoramic sauna and jacuzzi. The secluded location makes our chalet with a bottle of wine from the in-house wine cellar something very special. In winter, the Kreischberg, Grebenzen and Lachtal areas invite you to ski. In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
