PLEASE NOTE: The capacity of the Villa is set at 6 ADULTS + 4 CHILDREN MAXIMUM. The Villa is located on a vast 15,000 m2 property, bordered by a stream on the edge of the forest. The 12 m x 4 m private pool, secured by an electric roller shutter, is surrounded by a large wooden terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. Fully air-conditioned, equipped and carefully decorated, the Villa offers modern and elegant comfort that will delight families or couples with children.

The loft is located in a quiet area at the back of our garden. Not overlooked. 3 min from shops, and 15 min from the beach (Hossegor/Seignosse) by car. KindaHouse is close to the beach Seignosse les Bourdaines (renowned surf spot) in the Landes, just 5 minutes from Hossegor. It is just behind the dune, 200 metres from the beach on one side and the pine forest on the other and close to the Le Tube concert hall.
