Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Saugus

Can’t say enough about our beautiful stay in Salem at Christopher and Susan’s condo. They were so accommodating with our check in and check out schedule, and genuinely kind hearted hosts. The condo has even more amenities than listed and every thoughtful detail made our stay even more magical. The beds were comfortable and the home was immaculate. Christopher was extremely communicative when we had questions and we loved the recommendations of local places they left for us. We can’t wait to return! Thank you for a wonderful time!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The space was even more spacious than it looked in the photos! The host was communicative and made check-in easy, and the home had all the essentials my friends and I needed for a smooth stay! I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, comfortable place to stay!

We really enjoyed this place. It gave us plenty of room to spread out. The absolute best part was also the location to the green line. So easy to get to and therefore we could easily get everywhere in the city. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

This was by far one of the best AirBnb's that we have ever stayed in! The house was perfectly clean and we found absolutely everything we could think of. A well equipped kitchen with really all equipment to cook a good meal and also the rest of the house leaves no wishes open. Barry and Kellie were both extremely friendly and even got us some milk for breakfast (once again thank you). Response time to any question was extremely short. I can only recommend this nice little house to everyone. If we ever return to this area we will surely stay there again. Thank you Barry and Kellie... you made a difficult trip such a lot easier!

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at Darryl’s place for our honeymoon, and it was absolutely perfect. Darryl was incredibly kind, welcoming, and a fantastic communicator throughout our stay. He provided us with amazing recommendations for local sights and restaurants, which really helped make our trip special. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better experience. Highly recommend!

The home was in a very nice and quiet area of town with groceries, gas and restaurants a short walk or drive away even in during busy hours of Boston traffic. The home was actually larger than expected with two full bathrooms, one on each floor. Everything was clean and ready for us with a well equipped kitchen and filtered water. There was a nice booth area to eat as well as counter seating and a dining room. We only had three in our party, but you could comfortably house a much larger family in the rental. We have a few more trips planned to Boston this year and will book this first if it is available, would like to stay again.

Perfect hidden little gem in a quiet tucked away neighborhood of Marblehead. Visited this town a few times and this is the 2nd place we've stayed in. Both were great - in completely different neighborhoods. It was nice having our own parking space directly in front of the house. The house is pretty inside, bright and clean - very modern and updated. We loved having the TV's in both the LR and the BR. Not a thing I would change. It was nice having the private backyard for our dog - although she wasn't taking to the artificial turf for some reason! So we opted for walks around the lovely little neighborhood. Would definitely stay again! Hayley was a FAB host!

This is the second time we have stayed with Karen and we love her place and her. She is truly a super host. This time being better weather than the last time her yard and garden were absolutely wonderful —just overflowing with flowers and plants. Karen is a friendly and cheerful person. Always a pleasure to bump into while staying there. This place works for us and it’s very near to where our son and his family live so we are staying again for a couple weeks in November. I highly recommend this place and Karen. Short walk to the beach and a short walk to the very interesting Cabot Street stores and restaurants.

Mark's home & hospitality were stellar! We had a last minute reservation that he was able to accommodate several hours later on the very same day. HIs place is just as described. It's full of charm & character, from all the beautifully preserved wood elements throughout to the sparkling tiled bathroom. He actually lives in the unit connected to it & has done an exceptional job renovating both the inside & outside. It feels homey, which is exactly what we look for when we're away from ours. Additionally there were nice added touches like responsibly sourced toiletries & kitchen supplies which all really stood out to us. Being from a warmer climate personally, it was nice knowing there were window a/c units to count on for warmer days/nights throughout the unit also. The coffee provided was the little cherry on top in the mornings when we enjoyed the lovely covered back porch & views of his private garden/patio areas. Don't miss this place if ever in town- it's the Grand Dame of Boston!

Quiet neighborhood setting. Can walk into town or the waterfront. Comfy beds and Maria was friendly.

Had a great stay in Xunzhong's place. Good location, easy parking, tidy, well stocked with all the basics, simple check in/check out, quiet and quick and easy communication. Really appreciated that they had a pack n play, high chair and baby gate set up already for our 16 month old. They also accommodated our request for an hour later check out which really helped us out! Overall would stay again.

As mentioned in other reviews, this place was truly amazing! While other accommodations in Boston were quite expensive, this one was much more affordable without compromising on quality. There were many places within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy shopping and great food. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect environment for studying. If I ever come back to Boston, I’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful place and great location. Responsive host & little things that made the stay feel like a home away from home. The area is amazing to explore, easy to go into Boston or Salem, and overall really lovely.

This place was absolutely lovely. All weekend my guests and I would find ourselves commenting on how clean, cozy, and cute the space was, and how responsive Shirley was in helping us navigate check in/out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything about the stay was excellent! Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. Everything was as described and really appreciated the attention to comfort and hospitality including the snack basket, chocolate, various coffees, and waters in the fridge. Great, quiet location within walking distance to grocery stores, coffee shops, Mass Ave., and across the river from BU. Hoping it's available the next time I visit.

This home was absolutely perfect for our stay! It was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The open layout made it feel very comfortable, and everything was spotless upon arrival. Our stay at Kristen’s on our East Coast tour was incredible. The location and the views were incredible! Her home was pristine and we loved all of the personal touches. Would love to visit again!

Cusaj's place was a wonderful haven to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. The beds were very comfortable. Her place was very clean. Also, some nice restaurants in the area..

Very comfortable place with deck where our dogs could be outside with us while we enjoyed the weather and a glass of wine. Kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Also, Starbucks was just a short walk. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The college was also a short walk where our pups could enjoy some green space. There is a park by the beach which is also a short walk, it was a little harder to get there because one must cross a busy street but, well worth it, once you got there. Downtown was a bit of a hike but, again well worth it once you were there and you did not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.
