Former sheepfold completely renovated and tastefully decorated, "La Petite Maison" is an integral part of the Moulin de Masson, an exceptional 15th century estate that extends over 10 ha on the edge of Perche, 5 km from Illiers-Combray, the country of Marcel Proust and his famous madeleines. Room is made for lush nature and the many farmyard animals that live in harmony on this unique site at the confluence of the Loir and the Foussarde and crossed by the GR of Saint-Jacques de Compostelle.

Located at the bottom of the park with independent access, near the creek and the forest. Garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ available. For adults only, for up to 2 people both in the day and night. Breakfasts are not included.
