We had a very pleasant stay in this ideally located apartment! The accommodation and bedding are very comfortable, as described and well-equipped. We recommend this property!

Fabien was very responsive and friendly when we arrived. I would recommend this place, close to all amenities.

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect with a love of detail was at work here. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surrounding area from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Quiet dispite the very central location

We enjoyed a lovely stay in Aurelien's rental. It was a good central location. It can be a little loud at night due to the windows open up onto the square, but that is not a fault of the flat - just something to be aware of if you are looking for a more quiet stay. It didn't not last late into the night and we slept easily. We would highly recommend the flat to anyone looking for a central location. Aurelien was very responsive to all our messages when we needed help with where to go to obtain certain things.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly furnished, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

Great weekend in Saumur. Very beautiful city. The city center is within walking distance. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the castle and about 1 km from a superb abbey. The cavalry museum is really very interesting to visit. Small troglodyte restaurant 5 kilometers away, called the tavern, where you can enjoy the local specialty, the fouées, all you can eat.

We enjoyed our stay in this spacious and pleasant studio. Very recent impeccable bathroom. Well located for cycling and visiting Saumur, very quiet. The only small downside for us was the spring mattress that didn't quite agree with us for lack of firmness. Otherwise, great value overall!

We stayed as a couple with a child in Stéphane's home for a bike ride. Communication may have seemed a little direct, but Stéphane agreed that we could access the listing earlier, which was very appreciated. The apartment is impeccable, very clean and well suited for a short family trip. We were able to leave our bikes in the yard, out of sight. Note however: the courtyard is not closed and there is no fixed attachment point, which can be a point to consider for those who want to secure their bikes optimally. There was almost nothing missing, except for a shower gel, useful for bike guests looking to travel light. The only thing to consider is the noise: the windows overlook a courtyard where cars pass over cobblestones, which creates a perceptible sound resonance early in the morning. On the other hand, the location is ideal, close to the city center, its shops and restaurants.

Great apartment located in the center of Saumur, located 15-20 min walk from the train station and a stone's throw from the castle!

Very well-located accommodation. It's easy to park on the street. Very nice exterior, very bucolic. Correct bedding, even if you sink a little into the mattress. Small accuracy no door for the toilet but only a curtain. And to dominate light entry through a window above the front door, not having a shutter. Clean and functional accommodation. Autonomous entrance and exit. Quick response from David. Thanks for our stay!

Spacious, clean and well arranged apartment. No private parking but easy parking spaces right next door. The staircase to the floors is very steep and narrow, you should know.

I had an exceptional stay in this apartment! Everything was absolutely perfect: the jacuzzi is a real plus for relaxing, the massage chair pure happiness, the ultra comfortable king size bed, and the air conditioning very appreciable. The welcome was warm, professional and attentive from start to finish. You immediately feel at ease, like you're at home, but better! I recommend it blindly and will be happy to come back.
