(5mns du centre et 10mns de la gare à pied) Les deux pièces le constituant sont desservies par la magnifique tour à vis du 18ème siècle commune à notre maison. Votre partie bien isolée de la nôtre par l’escalier se compose ainsi: -une pièce de vie avec kitchenette équipée et un coin salon cosy. - une chambre avec son lit 160/200, une douche et un wc séparé. De là vous avez accès à la piscine commune ,chauffée de mi juin à fin août

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
