La Moire welcomes you all year round in an exclusive property, whether by the pool or by the fireplace, in total calm. It is very well located, in the village of Bréhémont, on the banks of the Loire, close to Azay-le-Rideau (9 km), Villandry and Langeais (7 km) and the magnificent castles of the Loire. The house consists of 4 bedrooms for 8 people, Wi-Fi, private parking, heated above-ground pool from April to October depending on weather. Not suitable for people with limited mobility.

Your part, well-insulated from ours by the staircase, consists of: - a living room with equipped kitchenette and cozy sitting area. - one bedroom with a 160/200 bed, shower and separate toilet. From there you have access to the shared pool, heated in July and August

In an old school, we installed a loft in the middle of Saumur. Overlooking a wooded courtyard, you can enjoy 3 bedrooms (2 adult bedrooms and 1 bedroom for 4 children), a large living room and a bathroom. You will also have access to an adjoining classroom in which we have created a 3 m x 3 m indoor pool, heated with counter-current swimming. You'll have the option to park 2 vehicles in the yard.
