The cottage has been renovated in a modern contemporary style. The main bedrooms have furniture from Lombok.The furniture is complimented by bed linen from the white company giving an overall luxurious and classy feel to the accommodation. The suspended fire in the lounge is a focal point and is enjoyed from the comfort of the large L shaped pink couch.Sitting under the stars in the hot tub really gives you the feeling that you are on holiday and is a restorative treat after being at the beach.

Beautiful, beachy 2 bedroom cottage with parking, located in the heart of Braunton. Cozy, comfortable and full of character, and hey – we maybe a little biased - but we love it! It’s the perfect holiday home for friends, families and couples who want to experience the best bits of North Devon. You’re less than a minutes’ walk to nearby bars, shops and everything Braunton has to offer, and a less than a 2 mile drive to some of the most stunning beaches, surf spots and coastal walks in the UK.

Come and enjoy a rural retreat in our newly converted barn with unrivalled views over Exmoor and a cosy chic interior. Situated privately within a working farm, relax on the spacious patio, secluded garden or in the luxury hot tub. Each bedroom has a spacious ensuite with stand alone bath and walk-in shower. Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.
