Our charming apartment, just renovated and decorated by an architect, is equipped with new furniture and can accommodate 2 travelers, or even 4 with its convertible sofa. Comfortable and stylish, it is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Montélimar and will be entirely at your disposal. On the ground floor of the house, you will have access to the garden as well as the (unheated) pool. This cozy apartment is ideal for your tourist or business stays. Pets are welcome!

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Non-smoking but with an outside. In season, access to a small pool. 5-10 min walk to local shops and Leclerc, 20 min to city center and 15 min drive to Cruas. Easy garage. 70 m² Provencal house with 8 x 4 m above-ground secure swimming pool in the heart of a 2000 m² green space just for you! While the breathtaking views, calm and comfort are there, you can also enjoy many activities nearby and admire the cultural sites and landscapes of the region. This accommodation is adjoining a second cottage with which it only shares access to the pool, it is completely independent and without any overlook.
