Maison très spacieuse privative et au calme. Très grande piscine privée couverte non chauffée avec plage pour les enfants à 110 cm. Location à la semaine du samedi au samedi en periode estivale, draps et serviettes de toilette fournies. Jardin non clos. Le ménage est à faire par vos soins, ou un service ménage au tarif de 280 € sera à régler sur place. Il vous faudra prévoir le tri de vos déchets durant votre séjour. la maison n'attend que vous:) Acceuil en personnes à 17h.

Our atypical cottage welcomes you in a peaceful village just 20 minutes from Perigueux. Ideal for a romantic getaway, with friends or family. The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). A green space, petanque court, (balls and molky available) barbecue will be your allies during your stay. The place is for 4 people max! no parties! 7-night minimum booking (July/August)

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

The charm of this 18th century house also lies in its location near a river with, in summer, a beach, leisure area and guinguette, with direct access from the garden (fenced) without taking the road. Townhouse, all everyday shops are within walking distance.

Little barn in the heart of Périgord noir Dordogne

Our small barn consists of a large 30 m² living room with kitchen area, dining area, living area (with its double sofa bed 140 cm), sleeping area (with its bed in 160) and a bathroom with toilet. You will have a private garden area at your disposal. Ideal for 2 people, it can nevertheless accommodate up to 4 people with its sofa bed. Heating by pellet stove. Pellets are provided.

The Herbes Folles gîte is located in a traditional barn restored into a comfortable home. Located on a hill, you will overlook the valley and the many surrounding valleys. It is the perfect base for exploring the charming medieval villages and green landscapes of Périgord. The rental can accommodate up to 10 guests: it's a great place for family gatherings or stays with friends!
