We welcome you to a beautiful outbuilding of an old farmhouse restored as a cottage 15 km from Le Mans. In the countryside, come and enjoy the tranquility of our cottage. You can enjoy a private garden and a swimming pool (unheated) open in the summer (early June > late August/early September). With a capacity of 8 passengers, the cottage is ideal for families, couples or lovers of car racing (20 min from the 24h circuit) and equestrian competitions (7 min from the Boulerie Jump).

La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Welcome to Les Nuits de la Forête. Taste the tranquility and the change of scenery of a stay in a chalet with luxury comfort bordered by a pond, on the edge of the forest. Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a refreshing experience. From the private parking lot, you will walk through the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers. Our apartment is located in a small residence, close to the city center, it offers the possibility to move around by public transport very easily. Supermarket, bakery, pharmacy just a 2-minute walk away. The train station is 10 minutes away by tram. It is fully equipped and refurbished. Bright and spacious, opening onto balcony.
