The apartment has 3 bedrooms, each with a large double bed. In addition, the apartment has a sofa bed for two. The apartment has its own garage for one car. The rent of the apartment can be negotiated if needed for a smaller group.

The apartment is located in a quiet area, 8 km from the city center. The rest of the building is for the host's own use. There is room in the yard to stay and, for example, barbecue. This spacious two-room apartment (65m2) is located in a quiet neighborhood near Olavinlinna, right on the shores of Lake Saimaa. The apartment has a private entrance, balcony, sauna and fully equipped kitchen. On the wall of the hallway, there is an air heat pump to ensure a comfortable temperature in summer and winter. The apartment is decorated with green plants. Free parking also in summer! Please note that this apartment is also my home. As a result, most of the cabinets are for my personal belongings.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Villa Myllymäki

In the villa Myllymäki, built on top of Myllymäki with my own hands, it is easy to relax and get close to nature while enjoying the magnificent scenery. A window the size of the entire end wall frames the magnificent lake landscape. The farm has about 40 hectares of forest for animal grazing, which guarantees easy and fine hiking terrain. The distance to the center of Savonlinna is 10 km by car or 6 km by boat. The farm also has a private lean-to by the pond with equally stunning views.

Renovated historic cottage

By the waters of Kalainen, the historic ferry house delights in Savonranta by the Oriväri river connecting Paasvesi and Pyyvesi. The house has been completely renovated and the environment restored to its new splendor. The property has two kayaks, a rowboat and the possibility to rent a tub (in summer) and a motorboat, as well as fishing guide services! Our company's professional fishing uses the jetty at the cottage, so the fish are transported through the jetty.

Three-bedroom apartment + sauna in the city center

Wonderful aparment in Savonlinna center, surrounded by Lake Saimaa. The apartment has a small sauna, swimming in the lake is possible via stairs in the backyard. Less than 10 min. walk to the market square and city center services, Olavinlinna castle is about 20 min. walk away. Swimming hall (on maintenance break 7.7.-10.8.), Huwila restaurant and beach are very close. The building has a swimming pool that is available outside the reserved sauna hours.
