This apartment is easily accessible by the RN4, on a quiet street. It consists of a living room, overlooking an equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you will have a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Linens and towels provided. You will also have a connected TV and a fiber connection. Charges include energy, water and cleaning. Parking is available in front of the accommodation.

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms with views of the Marne, including a master suite. There is also a bathroom and shower room.

The house is located close to downtown Ligny-en-Barrois, close to all amenities, near the expressway to Saint-Dizier (20 minutes) and Nancy (40 minutes). It consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is spread over three levels. There are three TVs connected with WiFi and Netflix in the living room and bedrooms.
